She received Hum Award for her performance in Dar Si Jati Hai Sila. She got emotional while receiving the award.
She expressed her sentiments and said, “I just want to say thank you to my God who gave me the strength to work. I also want to thank Hum television, Momina Duraid for considering me for good projects. Thanks to my brother to believe in me, also my mother who is sitting in the audience. Thanks to my family, I lost my father three months ago it was my last serial he watched.”
