Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay was one of the most anticipated dramas as Mahira Khan was making her television comeback with it. It also starred the much-hyped actors Usman Mukhtar and Kubra Khan. When the drama started airing many people showed their disappointment over the typical storyline it had. Two girls drooling over their cousin. Usman Mukhtar’s wife Zunaira Inam Khan recently shared her views regarding HKKST.
Zunaira shared her thoughts regarding HKKST and wrote: “This is such a complicated question. On the one hand, I think the entire team has done a great job and made the drama the success that it is. Do I think it has a problem? Of course! But I think, sometimes we are too harsh in our judgments and expectations. When your general public wants a certain kind of drama, and that’s the only type that sells, it makes it very difficult to continuously go against the grain and take a stand. So in this case I applaud the writer, director, producers and the cast for actually trying to find a balance between a really traditional story and their interpretation of it. And, for the most part, I think they have done wonders in making it palatable and acceptable to the more evolved audience and their expectations”
