After the sudden demise of Aamir Liaquat, the Sindh police ordered Chippa Welfare Organization not to handover the dead body to the family before post-mortem. Sindh police claimed that an autopsy was mandatory under Section 174 to enquire and report to clarify the reason behind Aamir’s death. Police and Aamir’s family turned to court for the final decision.
Recently, the verdict of Aamir Liaquat’s funeral case is out which states that the dead body will be handed over to the family without conducting a postmortem. According to the details the dead body will be handed over to Aamir Liaquat’s son Ahmed shortly. Ahmed along with her sister Dua and mother Bushra Iqbal reached the court for the final verdict.
