Anwar maqsood is a legendary script and drama writer of Pakistan. He is brother of famous writer Fatima Suriya Bajiya and famous chef Zubaida Tariq. He is the father of Bilal Maqsood, vocalist and guitarist of popular band strings. He has written many super hit dramas for Pakistan television for example “Angan terha”, “Loose Talk”, “Fanooni Latifey”, “Half Plate”,”Is Tarah To Hota Hai”,” Mirza and Sons”.
Recently news of Anwar Maqsood contracting coronavirus has surfaced on the Internet. He was sick from quite a few days and got some of his tests done from which his coronavirus tested positive and he has quarantined himself at home and getting treated there. The Arts Council President Ahmed Shah has also updated his well-wishers about his health and claimed that he has been advised to rest after undergoing multiple tests. He has also said that Anwar Maqsood had requested his devotees to pray for his swift recovery as he is currently undergoing treatment at home.
