Pakistani films are back with a bang. Though from a business point of view, things did not turn out to be so great for the films but we had five Pakistani releases on Eid ul Fitr after a long dry spell on the cinemas. Dum Mastam, Parde Mein Rehne Do, Chakkar, Ghabrana Nahi Hai and Tere Bajray Di Rakhi released in cinemas but many of them got off-screens soon as big budget Hollywood films hit them badly. But it is now time for World Television Premieres and three big movies will be shown on three big channels. ARY Digital will showcase Sajal Aly and Bilal Abbas Khan’s Khel Khel Mein.
Geo Entertainment will be showing Ali Rehman Khan and Hania Aamir starrer Parde Mein Rehne Do which just released last Eid.
While Hum TV will showcase Imran Ashraf and Amar Khan starrer Dum Mastam.
With three Pakistani films London Nahi Jaunga, Quaid e Azam Zindabad and Lafangey in cinemas, Pakistanis will have three films on their television screens making this Eid ul Adha a Pakistani cinematic extravaganza.
