Mahira Khan has recently launched her clothing brand MbyMahira. The brand features the gorgeous plain White and black kurtas, pants, Sarees, Kaftaans & Dupattas. Mahira Khan also did modelling for her brand outfits. The super gorgeous outfits were loved by a lot of people and they wanted to grab their favorite ones for Eid day.
A lot of ladies loved her new collection and ordered the outfits from MbyMahira for the Eid from her latest collection. All the customers were quite excited to wear the gorgeous MbyMahira outfits on the Eid day but the brand posted an announcement about facing the delays in the delivery. Well, amidst all the complaints, MbyMahira posted, “Due to unprecedented production delays, orders will be delivered after Eid”.
Customers were already complaining about the delayed deliveries. A lot of ladies wanted to wear the dress on the Eid Day but now they will surely be switching to other options. Well, fans also bombarded the social media page of the brand and inquired about their outfits. Previously, fans called out the brand for going out of stock and now they are saying that they are chasing their orders but not getting replies from the brand. Have a look at the comments:
Well, Mahira Khan has also issued an apology in this regard, she wrote, “My dear customers, Unfortunately, we experienced major production delays. Consequently afterwards we had a problem with our website where all orders were cancelled over night. We had to re-place all orders. Hence, the delay in deliveries. I do not expect to get any sort of pass on this. All I can say is I’m sorry. I’m sorry that we couldn’t deliver in time. We have tried our best to reply to each and every one of you. You are most welcome to cancel orders and get a refund. Rest assured all orders (that couldn’t go before) will be delivered after Eid. Apologies once again, Sincerely,
