Mitti De Baway is Green Entertainment’s mega budget period drama series featuring Mahira Khan & Wahaj Ali. It has been directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain, written by Faiza Iftikhar and produced by Tehreem Chaudhary and Nina Kashif. The story is set in Punjab and follows an intense saga of love, class conflict, and destiny. Mahira Khan has starred as Bilqees Bano (Billo) and Wahaj Ali as Iqbal Channan (Baala). Bano comes from a respected family in Wazirabad and falls in love with Baala, a dhol player.
So far, the introductory two episodes have aired on Green Entertainment where the fans have been loving the storyline and acting performances of all the actors but Fazal Hussain and Aena Khan as young Balaa and Billo have grabbed fans’ attention and their acting and casting is being hugely praised. Fazal Hussain and Aena Khan have been receiving huge praise for their convincing portrayals of young Bala and Billo.
