A very big tragedy happened in Pakistan as the country lost a young snooker star Majid Ali to depression.

Majid Ali has committed suicide due to depression and this incident has sent shockwaves through the Pakistani snooker community. He was a silver medalist in the Under 21 category and he was a bright player of the game. His brother revealed his reason for committing suicide.

He said that Majid has been depressed for the last few years. He had no financial difficulties or any such problems but he was suffering from the condition and has taken his own life.

This is a matter of pain, sorrow and reflection for the nation as well when we see such a young, amazing talent committing suicide. This should trigger more conversations on mental health and may Majid rest in peace!
