Nida Yasir is a talented Pakistani host and actor. She has been successfully conducting the morning show for around fourteen years. Nida has introduced a lot of formats in her morning show like marriages, makeovers, education, health and other entertainment topics. Lately, the host introduced a new format in the show where she did a spa party in the live show, she provided salon services to her friends including Ambar Khan, Kiran Khan, Nazia Malik and Nadia Khan while discussing about their likes and dislikes. The show content was called out by the brilliant Pakistani actress and social media influencer Tamkenat who took this to her twitter and criticized the celebrities who were taking part in this Spa party, in a morning show. Tamkinat shared a snapshot from the show and wrote,”Morning show on ARY digital right now, where elite privileged women are getting live pedicures on tv, while discussing how disgusted they were by their body hair as teenagers”
Fans and social media users agreed with Tamkenat. They also expressed their disgust and criticized all the celebrities. A social media user wrote, “it is looking so bad to see these ladies while having manicures and pedicures on the national TV”, they called it a bad content”. They also didn’t like to see the salon staff on the TV. Social media users said that they are discussing far bigger issues than Palestine, poverty, inflation, expensive education, electricity and gas bills. Netizens felt sorry for the staff of the salon who was being shown on TV while providing services. The social media users said that those girls are the real hardworkers and needs to be respected.
