Recently, Haroon Shahid appeared on an ARY Digital podcast hosted by Ayaz Samoo. During the podcast, he talked about how Pakistan is much more developed than India, contrary to the image that is portrayed internationally.
Haroon Shahid said, “They think we are beggars, that we don’t even have wheat, crops, resources, or anything. They need to visit Pakistan. We have everything. We are not what you are seeing through your media. Also, in terms of infrastructure, development, poverty, hygiene, and civic sense, Pakistan is much more developed than India. It is something evident to the international media. These developments are now seen in the bigger picture. India should realize that the way they are presenting their country on the world map looks ugly. They are not being praised internationally now.” Ayaz Samoo also said that Indian media has portrayed Pakistan in this way.
