Asim Abbasi’s upcoming movie ‘Cake’ has already made its way to the news a lot. Apart from Adnan Malik, the former Miss Veet Super Model Hira Hussain is also making her cinematic debut with the movie.
Playing the supporting role, albeit a powerful one, has made Hira hopeful about the film and her future. Talking about movie and Asim Abbasi, she revealed:
“Cake is like Asim’s cute, personalized project and I was fortunate enough to land a role in the film.”
“I can’t reveal too much about the character I play but I’ll talk a little about the premise of the movie. I think in Pakistan and everywhere else too, the most important thing for a person is their family. Cake is a drama about family values and I’m certain everyone’s going to love it.”
Praising her co-stars, Hussain said:
“Everyone brings something unique and exciting to the table. Not only has this been a great platform for me but also a tremendous learning opportunity. Shooting with this bunch was so memorable, it just felt like a close-knit family.”
Cake is a family drama, and stars known faces like Sanam Saeed and Aamina Sheikh, playing the lead. It has majorly been shot in some parts of Sindh, Karachi and London.
