Khalil ur Rehman Qamar’s name attached to a product means quality. He has given hits after hits with his pen. With dramas like Sadqay Tumharay, Pyare Afzal, Mera Naam Yousuf Hai and films like Punjab Nahin Jaongi, people watch anything coming from him, thanks to his unique writing of script and dialogues. He is working right now on a new film titled Kaaf Kangana. The film stars Sami Khan, Saba Hameed, Ayesha Omar and Eshaal Fayyaz.
The first lead chosen for the role was Sohai Ali Abro. She was later replaced by Urwa Hocane. Urwa according to Khalil ur Rehman Qamar was begging for the role. So he cut of Sohai and cast Urwa. He is also very fond of Farhan Saeed and had to cast her because of him. The interview is quite blunt as he said that working with Urwa was a dreadful experience which forced him to go on meds.
