Pakistani fashion designer and business woman Maria B and Turkish influencer Türkan Atay are currently in the spotlight after an online clash over payment issues. The Turkish Influencer Türkan claimed that Maria did not pay her for her promotional reel for Maria B clothing brand. In response, Maria B explained that she wasn’t aware of the agreement because her manager had made a false promise without informing her.
Today, Maria B has shared a post on her official Instagram in which she has informed the fans that Türkan Atay’s remaining payment has been transferred to her through online bank transaction. A total amount of 1500 USD (4,20,000 PKR) has been paid to Türkan Atay. She further told that she has sent also sent a legal notice to Türkan Atay for defaming Maria B clothing brand and using inappropriate language in her videos. Türkan Atay has also shared a post with her lawyer’s team, saying, “This is the end of the story. I will never share anything else about it. After threatening me with LEGAL NOTICE, this matter will go to court and both sides will defend themselves in the court. I did my best to solve the issue personally but they never took it seriously. From now on I will not deal with anything here, if anyone has any issue please contact to my lawyers. I will never disturb my social media with this issue again. Always speak up for your rights. Maria B has turned off comments on her post, but she is receiving support from Pakistani influencers, a few customers, and friends. Türkan Atay’s followers are happy that she has received her payment, but they are not pleased about the legal threats given by Maria B. Read the comments:
