Mohammad Ahmed is not just an artist but also a very humble man. In an interview with Samina Peerzada, he shared his thought about ‘parchi‘ system in the showbiz industry.
The Suno Chanda star talked about hiring new people in PTV. He said, “What they have done? whom they have hired? People who were of my age didn’t leave their seat and they are still living a lavish life.”
“PTV died and went into loss but ‘parchi’ system remained the same. They didn’t hire new people and even if they did they selected ineligible people.”
He further added, “I believe that merit is the most important. The ‘parchi’ system must not be there.”
Mohammad Ahmed finds this situation disappointing and said, “I am fighting against this system but I fail to but it only has an influence on a smaller level. It only impacted my family nothing more.”
