Nida Yasir, a Pakistani host shared her weight loss journey in her morning show.
She is a Pakistani television host, former actress and model known for her role as Saima in the television drama Hum Tum. She also hosts the morning television show Good Morning Pakistan at ARY Digital. She got married to Yasir Nawaz in her early years of career. She is mother of three kids.
In her morning show, she discussed how she lost her weight after birth of her son, Balaaj. She shared, “I started gaining weight after my son Balaj’s birth, I used to get upset on my weight and I can feel how devastated women feel after gaining weight.”

-Make sure to sleep on time and take 7 hours sleep at night.
-Drink 4 glasses of water in the morning.
-Don’t watch action movies because of such movies your blood burns and you eat more and more.
-Never miss your breakfast no matter how busy you are.
She shared everything, from her breakfast to dinner routine. She takes boiled eggs or bran bread in breakfast.Also, She takes vegetables and fruits in her daily routine. She focused on her diet in order to maintain her weight.
