The drama producers are Samina Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz. Brilliant Pakistani writer Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar has written the story of the drama. Amjad Farid Sabri was a prominent Pakistani Qawwal and Naat khawan. Amjad Sabri was born in 1970 and was brutally murdered in Karachi on 22nd June 2016, in the month of Ramadan. He was the son of renowned Qawwal Ghulam Farid Sabri and was the nephew of Maqbool Ahmed Sabri of the famous ‘Sabri Brothers alliance’. Talking about father’s murder, he said, “that day, our father left the house for work and we all were playing Ludo in his room because I had a fracture too, after forty minutes, an elderly uncle came to our house and informed us about our father’s murder, he said, ‘Amjad has been killed’, it was a chaotic situation. After a few minutes our house was full of people. Our house and road were jam-packed, we didn’t know where our father was at that time, we were going to the hospitals to take our father, it was a very hard time”.
