She said that a therapist should be concerned about the health of his/her patients.

She also said there were times when she suffered from severe panic attacks and had suicidal thoughts. Saheefa Jabbar Khattak further added, “my long distance relationship made me realize that I am suffering from a chronic depression, previously, the understanding about my depression was blurred in my mind. I was taking anti depressants after every few hours, I don’t even remember my meeting with my husband. I remember that I wasn’t stable for days, and there was the time I didn’t want anyone to talk to me and my husband took care of me. I am alive because of my husband. He’s been extremely kind in this situation, otherwise I would have died long ago. The way he took care of me in Canada and Pakistan”.
