Wahaj Ali and Yumna Zaidi starrer Tere Bin became an instant hit and the chemistry between the leads makes it trend in Pakistan and India. The drama’s OST has played a big part in its success and it was at 25 million views when it got a copyright strike by Zee Music Company.

Zee Music Company claimed that the OST of Tere Bin composed by Shani Arshad is a copy of their song Thukra Ke Mera Pyar. This lead to Geo’s YouTube channel removing the OST and later on some of the episodes that were trending as they contained the same song. Tere Bin also came with a different OST for one episode but things were resolved later and the OST as well as all the episodes were uploaded back. It seemed like the strike was wrong and nothing was copied.

But Zee Music Company has definitely obtained the audio credits for the song as they have uploaded Tere Bin’s OST on their YouTube channel. It is an audio song and they have given credits to singer, composer and lyricist.

Pakistanis are a very generous nation and nothing can stop them from donating and doing whatever is in their power and this is what happened at a charity event for Sahara Trust when a Pakistani purchased the infamous Gandasa of Maula Jatt and the money went for charity.

At a charity event, Maula Jatt’s Gandasa was auctioned off and our very own Maula Jatt aka Fawad Khan was present there. Maula Jatt and his Gandasa have a distinct fan base again after The Legend of Maula Jatt became Pakistan’s biggest film. It was weapon loved in the Sultan Rahi era and now it has made new fans in this generation after Fawad Khan wielded it.

A replica of the Gandasa was sold for 50 thousand dollars at the charity event in Toronto and it is indeed a huge donation to the trust.

The new season of Pakistani dramas has started with some good projects and one of them is Kuch Ankahi. Kuch Ankahi has Bilal Abbas Khan and Sajal Aly in the lead. It is written by Mohammad Ahmed and directed by Nadeem Baig and revolves around different issues in the society mainly inheritance to daughters in a light way.
