After a back to bacl success of Shoaib Mansoor’s Khuda k Liye and Bol, it is evident that the audience is interested to watch the targeted stories that hold a reflection of their cultures and the miseries that the nation is facing. The movie after Lamha-The Seedlings, that is predicted to do a great business is Swaarangi- the Melting Embers which is a reflection of life of woman of village.
The story-line is written by Phida Hussain, who is also the director of the film. The screenplay has also been done Phidda Hussain himself with Mazhar Abbas. The movie has a good cast where every actor is unique and great with the role been played by him. The cast includes, Resham, Ayub Khosa, Naveed Akbar, Waseem Manzoor,Zulfiqar Gullshahi, Aftab Nisar, Hamza Mushtaq, Shahzaib Johar.
The story revolves around a character Salma, been played by Resham, who is extremely worried and unhappy due to her Husband’s addiction to drug. Her husband Jamal (Naveed Akbar), is a truly addicted person who only loves his drugs and nothing else matters to him. Making Salma’s life more difficult, it is Zaryaab (Waseem Manzoor) who makes sure that Jamal doesn’t comes out it.
