Recently breaking news syndrome is trending in the town,be it electronic media , be it social media or be it a Print media , they just want to break news before everyone else same happened to a website when they talked about Saba Qamar signing another movie after Kamli on which Saba Qamar has posted that in her tweet.
“It’s always so funny to know that behind my back I have signed another film that even I am not aware of! 😂
Honestly If i do a film I will tell all of you myself that’s what i am here for. I am only doing Kamli for now, so stop posting fake news for the sake of ratings only! 🙏🏻 ”
On which the website has responded that
“We had recieved confirmation from 3 people involved in the project, We also reached out to you before posting the news. We never post fake news & the quote of the producer is in the article. Pls address him not us while publicly denying the news. Thanks”
The website is of the view that the director and other people involved in the project have confirmed us about the project but Saba Qamar says that I haven’t signed any project other than Kamli yet.
High time for us all , including me as a writer to just cross check before we post because delaying it to check the credibility is the basic principle of journalism and it saves us from later embarrassment also just don’t write the confirmation about the matter.
Shamoon Abbasi has also urged to the financiers and fimmakers to avoid sending information before confirming from the actors and before finalizing them.
