Sanam made her acting debut with the drama serial Dil-e-Muztar and Imran Abbas was starred against Sanam Jung in that drama, it was a super-hit drama. Afterward, Imran Abbas and Sanam Jung turned out to be best friends. Sanam always appreciates Imran saying he is always there to help her. “Imran Abbas,” said Sanam Jung. “Actually I discuss a lot of things with Imran, Ahsan is my good friend too” Sanam continued “I did my first project Dil-e-Muztar with Imran Abbas when I was nothing”
