Zara Noor Abbas recently appeared on the podcast Moms The Word, hosted by Aisha Yousaf. During the podcast, Zara spoke openly about the unnecessary weight shaming women face in society.


Talking about it, Zara Noor Abbas said, “I always give a shut-up call to people who troll women over their weight or comment on their body. Just tell them that Allah has given women the power to deliver a baby, and obviously the body goes through changes. It is almost an impossible thing to give birth to another human but women do it. So stop trolling women over weight and stop discussing their bodies. Women have now reached the moon, and we are still discussing their weight.” Watch here:
