Actress Binitta lost a lot of weight lately, Sanam Jung invited her to her show so that she could share the secret of her weight loss. Actress Binitta shared with the viewers that she was 65 kg before but after her soup diet she was only 47 kg. She said that everyone she meets wants to know how she lost so much weight so she is going to share the secret today. Here is the recipe of the soup she had to lose weight:
Saute some chopped onions in a little bit of oil until they are light pink.
Add one finally chopped capsicum to the onions when they are light pink.
Add some finely chopped carrots along with the capsicum.
Add some spices to this mixture – black pepper (according to taste), chilli sauce (according to taste), One clove of garlic, you can add ginger too if you like it, a little bit of soya sauce, some finally chopped tomatoes, soya sauce (according to taste)
After adding the spices, add the cabbage and fry it for a few seconds then add chicken stok to it along with some water. Leave it for cooking, when it is done enjoy the filling and healthy soup which will help you lose weight fast.
