Ali Raza reveals he got an offer from Yash Raj Films. The actor has just started out in Pakistan and he is slowly making waves. His work was noticed in Mohabbat Gumshuda Meri, Noor Jahan and Duniyapur. Nowadays his drama Iqtidar is getting good views and ratings. He is a newcomer and he is learning the craft from the best and showing his talent in every new project.
The actor spoke to the media at his drama Iqtidar’s press junket. He was speaking to Miss Dramatic and spoke about how he was approached by YRF and they asked him for an audition. He revealed that he was approached through YRF’s casting on Instagram and they wanted him to do an audition on a Ranbir Kapoor scene from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
He recorded and sent them the audition which they liked. Later on they asked him to book his flight from Kolkatta. That is when he said that he is from Lahore and he is a Pakistani. This was a disappointment for both sides and they told him that they would consider him if they ever shot something overseas.
