The young and talented actress Arisha Razi Khan who lately became the talk of the town after her Nikkah pictures went viral on social media, earlier called out a Karachi-based photographer named “Studio86”, for sharing her nikkah photos without her consent.
Recently Arisha taking to her official Instagram handle shared her stance on her viral Nikkah pictures. During a question and answer session on Instagram, a fan questioned Arisha that photographer claimed that they did a collaboration and were not paid for the event, to which Arisha replied “It was mutually agreed that when we will announce this happy moment to the public, then you can upload selected pictures approved by us after our permission. All the videos/pictures before our consent cannot be uploaded in the public or disclose the event without our consent.”
Arisha further added that the photographers didn’t have any right to upload anything without their consent. While talking about the payment, Arisha stated that the picture shared by the photographer is an invoice not a contract. The payment was done by their side and even if it was a collaboration/PR still they have no right to share or post pictures without permission.
