The 26-year-old Pakistan team captain conveyed an emotional message in which he wrote that he surely made his father proud.
Babar empathized with Stokes on his personal loss and he also said that he is praying for Ben’s family and friends to deal well in this difficult time.
The English player Ben Stokes shared picture with his father on Instagram and wrote,
“In different places now me and you Ged, but knowing you’ll always have this smile on your face makes me smile every time I think of you. I love you forever and always.”
Stokes was not in United Kingdom with his family when the news of his father’s passing away came out . Ben Stroke is on national cricket tour to South Africa but now both the boards have cancelled the tour due to Covid -19 second wave hit .
