Basant is back in Lahore after 17 years. The music, colours and lighting returns with kites and strings decorating the skies. The festival officially started last night with fireworks in the city. This festival always brought on relevant music and fans used to look forward to songs that will be coming out around February. Fariha Pervez’s Dil Hua Bokata is still an anthem and it has returned as Basant returns to the city.
