It was the time when I realized that I have been suffering from depression and severe anxiety.

She further said that she didn’t have much exposure and knowledge about depression because she belongs to a middle class family where most of the people just had their normal graduation degrees average and no awareness of things like mental health”. She also said there were times when she suffered from severe panic attacks and had suicidal thoughts. Jaan e Jahan is a love story weaved around a magical world of poetry, wealth and angst. The main attraction of this drama is the comeback of Hamza Ali Abbasi on the television screen.
