Mariyam Nafees is a popular Pakistani actor, host, and digital influencer who is loved for her confidence and remarkable acting talent. She rose to fame through her role in the hit drama serial Diyar-e-Dil, which aired in 2015. Recently, Mariyam Nafees appeared on Good Morning Pakistan. During the show, she opened up about mothers-in-law’s behaviour towards their daughters-in-law.
Talking about it, Mariyam Nafees said, “It is in our Deen to separate children after marriage so that they can have their own space. Even though Eesa is still very young, I have already started making up my mind that he is going to live separately after his marriage. It is not his wife’s responsibility to look after us. If you cannot arrange a separate house due to financial limitations, then at least give them their own space within the house so they can live comfortably. Elderly women often think they are always right and that their daughters-in-law cannot do anything properly. That is where all the problems begin.” Watch here:
