Prime Minister Imran Khan has welcomed US President-elect Joe Biden’s intentions to target dirty money.
“I welcome the intentions of US President-elect Joe Biden to target illicit wealth,” the prime minister said in a statement on Twitter.
The Prime Minister said that developing countries are falling into poverty at the hands of corrupt elites and these elites transfer money to rich countries through money laundering.
