Drama serial Chauraha is a Geo Network’s project which has been produced by Asad Qureshi and Abdullah Kadwani under the banner of the 7th Sky Entertainment company. The drama is directed by Ahsun Talish and it has been written by Edison Idrees Masih.

The drama has a stellar cast which includes, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Madiha Imam, Bushra Ansari, Behroze Sabzwari, Asad Siddiqui, Saba Hameed, Shabbir Jan, Ayesha Gul, Arisha Razi Khan, Aisha Mirza, Taqi Ahmed, Omi Butt. The story of the drama revolves around a girl Zoya played by Madiha Imam, which is about a girl who grew up with her mother and aunt and was ignorant about the world’s atrocities.

Today, the last episode of the drama aired, fans didn’t like the incomplete and sad ending of the drama. They were of the view that Zoya should have forgiven Junaid and they could have met. Right now his long awaited film The Legend of Maula Jatt is happening. He is open to do more projects if it fall within the boundaries he has set.

Though Pakistani cinema crashed and burned but before that it was a huge industry with plenty of big stars, great movies that were copied by Bollywood and characters that are evergreen. Maula Jatt and Noori Natt are such characters played by Sultan Rahi and Mustafa Qureshi respectively. They were both vicious and had no mercy in their own right. Sultan Rahi and Mustafa Qureshi were known more by their on-screen personas and people did consider them rough and tumble.

Bilal Lashari is all set to bring back the Maula an the Noori back on our screens as his film The Legend of Maula Jatt is releasing on 13th October 2022 after a very long wait and this time the roles are essayed by Fawad Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi respectively. Fans of the original thus have a criticism that both the actors are too “burger” to play such vicious characters. Moreover, Fawad Khan cannot even speak Punjabi.

When asked about this criticism, director Bilal Lashari gave the answer in a recent interview. He said that one may call them “Burger Boys” but they are the stars of today and people want to watch them. He also added that people will be surprised to watch them by the way both the stars have transformed themselves and got under the skin of their characters.

The short film is about an aspiring actor who loves Shahrukh Khan and copies him all the time, the character lost his identity in the love of Shahrukh Khan. The actor ended up being an extra performer who used to do short characters in which he used to copy Shahrukh Khan. The movie starts with the dialogue when actor is doing mimicry of Shahrukh Khan, he, then gets schooled by his conscience on losing his identity for the sake of following his passion and his idol.

Today, the last episode of the drama aired on Geo Television. The episode was loved by the fans because finally Khajista and Hadi met in the drama, fans found the ending of the drama as satisfying after the death of Darakhzai. However, a few fans still believed that Darakhzai should have been alive. They were of the view that the drama is incomplete without Darakhzai. Few fane were sad on the ending of the drama because they wanted Khajista and Darakhzai together. A few fans said that they wanted at least one more episode of Hadi and Khajista.

They loved the drama but many viewers also said that the story of the drama became boring in the end. They were happy for Hadi and Khajista but they were sad for Darakhzai who really loved Khajista and died. They were sad for Aima too, who loved Hadi but could not get her love. Tamasha is an Ary Digital reality show which had been successfully aired on Ary Digital, since last 43 days, the show started with 14 contestants and it was based on Big Brother/Big Boss format. In last week, 6 contestants managed to stay in the house but two were eliminated further during the mid of last week. Maira & Humaira were eliminated by Adnan Siddiqui on indulging in a fight.

Today, the grand finale of the show had been aired, all the eliminated contestants were also there in the house which included Faiza, Niggah, Seher, Nauman, Saeeda, Saim, Humaira and Maira. They were in the house to see the Tamasha Ghar for one last time.

The invitation was given by Adnan Siddiqui and the team Tamasha. Family members of finalists were also there. Umer, Aadi, Mareeha and Rauf Lala were all rooting for the win but Umer Aalam got the most votes and took the title and the prize money home. He was popular since the day one. Well, contestant was funny and made his fanbase from the day one.

The release of Maula Jatt is just around the corner and we will get to watch Fawad Khan back in Pakistani cinemas in a full-fledged role after 15 years. Fawad Khan impressed everyone in Khuda Ke Liye and then worked on television. He went to Bollywood from there and after his return we have been missing him from everywhere. Fawad Khan is the new Maula Jatt, an iconic character previously played by Sultan Rahi and the film is in Punjabi language as it is set in Punjab.

Fawad Khan is a resident of Lahore where he got his education and naturally everyone assumed that he is a Punjabi speaker hailing from the heart of Punjab. But Fawad revealed that he was born in Karachi and then they moved around abroad due to his father’s work and later settled in Lahore. But the actor cannot really speak Punjabi as it was not spoken in his house.

He added that it was the film’s writer Nasir Adeeb who helped him with the correct pronunciations and applying the correct expression to the dialogues. And opposite Fawad was Hamza wo is completely fluent in the language. Fawad had to work a lot on getting the language right too. He said that he has not seen the original Maula Jatt completely as it was difficult for him to understand.

Sanam Jung is an actress and host that everyone fell in love with as soon as she made her debut. After VJing, Sanam Jung got into acting with Dil e Muzter and her pairing with Imran Abbas was widely appreciated. As we all know the star studded and most anticipated Pakistani movie The Legend of Maula Jatt’s release is just around the corner after the longest halt. Well, the movie will finally be releasing on 13th of October 2022. The star actors of the film are all geared up for the promotional sessions.

The first fun interview of Fawad Afzal Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi is here in which they are indulged in very hilarious banters. The interviewer asked from both, “do you guys hold grudges in real like Noori Nath & Maula Jatt hold in film?”. To the question, they both said No but ended up interrupting each others during questions and answers.

Hamza Ali Abbasi was too hilarious with his interrupting answers and Fawad’s epic expressions and replies made his answers even more funny. When Hamza Ali Abbasi said, “Pyare Afzal Mera drama tha”, Fawad’s reply, “What does that mean, am I not beautiful (Piyara)”, made the fans laugh. Fawad had a great timing with his jibes. Pandemic slowed down all the industries of the world and cinemas were the worst hit industry. Pakistani films which were just getting up got the worst of hit and the film industry was shut again. five films came out last Eid ul Fitr and their performance was not great on the box office but two big films Quaid e Azam Zindabad and London Nahi Jaunga did great and the film industry is back. Now we have many new films ready for release with The Legend of Maula Jatt hiting the cinemas 1n less than two weeks. It will mark the comeback of Fawad Khan whose two other films Neelofar and Money Back Guarantee are also ready to be out.

Money Back Guarantee is directed by Faisal Qureshi with a huge cast including Fawad Khan, Wasim Akram, Mikaal Zulfiqar and Mani among others. The films first two teasers are out and they have definitely raised expectations.
