We reported few days back that the friendship between Hamza Ali Abbasi and Saba Qamar was going through a difficult time because Saba had done an item number and Hamza was giving some very definite statements against item numbers in films. Hamza Ali Abbasi said generally that a good film does not require an item number. He also said that although there is a lot of pressure on him to add an item number in his film but he is not going to do it.
Saba Qamar took this statement in a wrong way and thought that Hamza was targeting her. Hamza Ali Abbasi, whois very active on his facebook page, made it clear that his statement was not meant for anyone in particular so anyone thinking on those lines was very wrong. From his status update it looks like Saba is not the only one who was offended by his statement.
