Maheen Anwari is a digital creator, humanitarian, public coach, and psychologist who recently made headlines on social media after criticizing Tashu’s parents for putting her on social media and uploading her videos of tossing money at events. Her video was watched around 2 million times, and people agreed with her point of view. After her video against Tashu’s parents, her father Kashif made multiple videos against Maheen Anwari, after which she took legal action against Tashu’s parents.

Maheen Anwari shared all the details of the legal action against Kashif Mir. She wrote, “This is to inform you all that I am taking legal action against Kashif Mir (father of Tashu) due to bullying and harassment for more than 10 days, including threatening calls, fake propaganda against me, and fake content. I have always created awareness content. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ‘Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith.’ (Sahih Muslim). This Hadith emphasizes speaking up against wrongdoing, even if it’s just with words or intention. I have just spoken my heart out, but because of this, I have been receiving calls, threats, and pressurized apologies.”

She further added, “I have condemned Tashu’s harassment many times, but it was ignored; instead, they blamed me for public reaction. I have been practicing sabr for 10 days, but they created a fake political campaign against me, claiming I have connections with a political party. I have no connection with any political party. I only got threats because I spoke about what I felt. In return, I have suffered a lot emotionally and psychologically. I am Pakistani, and I respect each institution of Pakistan, be it civil or military. I rest my case in the hands of Allah, and then I fully believe in the justice of our country. Pakistan Zindabad.” Read here:
