Last year, Dr Omer Adil was arrested when he pointed out anchor person Ghareeda Farooqui in one of his YouTube shows. He stayed in jail for months.

A few months ago, Dr Omer Adil once again started doing a show Loud Speaker on his YouTube channel in which he indulged into heated debates which were noticed by the higher government officials.

Recently, The Federal Investigation Agency (NCCIA) arrested Dr. been on charges of spreading hate speech on social media. The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency also released a picture and a statement of Dr confirming the arrest. FIA arrested Dr Omer Adil under PECA Act. According to the statement, case number 203/2025 was registered against Dr. Omer Adil under sections 11, 12, and 13A of the PECA Ordinance. The complaint was lodged by the information minister Azma Bukhari on using vulgar and inappropriate language against women. In the complaint Dr Omer Adil was accused of passing defamatory remarks about CM Punjab and various other important female celebrities. Here is the link to the video:
