Basant is back in Lahore after 17 years. The government has set SOPs and the whole city is vibrating in the spirit of the kite festival. She further added, “Besides that, there was an actor from Mere Paas Tum Ho—I don’t remember his name; he played Danish’s friend in it. When I went to meet him, he was literally sitting in his office with his pants unzipped, asking me to get physical with him. He also has a very beautiful wife from the showbiz industry. He chased me as well and told me that if I wanted to flourish in showbiz, I had to sleep with them. After that, I left the media industry and joined a salon. I continued working there and focused on building my career through hard work.”
