Recently, Ahsan Khan, who plays the lead character, Tabish, in Aap Ki Izzat, revealed why he chose the script and what makes the drama so special.

Ahsan Khan said, “The main reason I signed Aap Ki Izzat was the incredible team behind it. The director, Saifee Hassan, the producers Nina Kashif and Momina Duraid, the writer Umera Ahmed, and my co-stars Sania Saeed, Nauman Masood, Saif Ali Khan, and Urwa Hocane—everyone involved was perfect. What more could you ask for? Then there was my character, who evolves from a younger version of himself into a mature man. I loved the way the character developed. The way this family grows and the way even the smallest emotions are explored in detail make the story truly special. The script caters to every emotion. I believe it is the story of every household because there is something everyone can relate to. I truly loved being part of this project.
