This episode once again revolved around the issues both Hamza & Joya had to face because their family members were a bit too emotional & enthusiastic. At times it does look sweet that both Hamza & Joya are being treated as the center of everyone’s universe but then it also becomes quite frustrating for them to deal with all of this, especially when they both long for some time together. Hamza & Joya wanted to watch a movie together but then the rest of the people invited themselves, finding it perfectly alright to not give Hamza & Joya some time off. This entire scenario was amusing but realistically portrayed too because we all have heard of the horror stories of how a newly wedded couple is deprived of basic privacy because the people around them fail to give them space they most certainly need.
It also perfectly highlighted how a couple has to resort to some excuses & lies in order to do what they feel like. In this case, Hamza & Joya also were forced to lie to their family members so that they could spend some time together. It perfectly showed how one thing leads to another and especially in a setting where clear communication is an alien concept, this is the only way left for the couple.
In this episode, I did feel for Hamza & Joya & kind of felt annoyed at how Rahat was blowing everything out of proportion. It is nice that she is very much invested in Hamza & Joya but to see her literally creating misunderstandings one after another is not much fun to watch. The funny thing is that everyone else starts believing everything that Rahat comes up with. This time around, even Musarrat couldn’t contain herself by making an assumption.
The few moments that I found interesting were Hamza’s communication with the new neighbors, Shakoor & Sukhi. It seems the rest of the neighborhood will take some time in showing acceptance to them but right now Hamza is being supportive, which is nice. Luqman is also going to play a part in creating issues for Joya because out of all the people, he figured out that Joya was not with Fari.
Not Really Exciting
This episode of Prem Gali was nice. The preview however did not excite me much. It seems Rahat is going to create a lot more trouble for Hamza & eventually he will land himself a job at Manzoor’s company. The next episode seems to be dedicated to Rahat too & to be honest, I hope the focus shifts on others, especially Manzoor. Let’s see what else do they have in store for us. Talking about Saraab, Sami Khan mentioned that “Saraab was a very challenging project for all of us. The drama had a different content and story but we knew that it would not get a lot of ratings. It was a story of a disease which most of the people are unaware of. Saraab is very close to my heart and the story is very close to the reality”.
Further Sami said that “In further episodes you will get to see that the story and content is different from the typical stories we show to our audience. We decided to make the appearance same for both the characters which I play. It was very challenging for me to perform two different characters in one look”.

This OST was elaborate and it covered all the different aspects of the story beautifully. Different parts of the OST were used effectively in different scenes which made it even more meaningful and memorable. Those viewers who watched Mere Pass Tum Ho are bound to remember some of the most powerful moments in the drama while listening to it. The lyrics are also relatable for those who haven’t watched the drama because they define the concept of love as comprehended by the lyricist. All the die-hard romantics out there fell in love with this OST instantly.
Alif’s OST was definitely one of the most special and beautiful OST’s heard this year. The fact that the lyrics had to have a meaning and were used to define the theme of the drama was a masterstroke because the word Alif alone is quite challenging to work with. Since Ehd-e-Wafa was essentially about the journey of friends and their commitment to the professions they eventually decided to take up, the new OST sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was definitely a lot more relevant and it also left an impact. This OST makes you want to pick up the phone and call all those friends with whom you spent your college years. The lyrics have been written in such a way that one can derive different meanings from it, just like the drama itself which had so many different tracks and meanings. This OST was inspiring and different from all the others.
Shiraz Uppal definitely composed a very cute OST for Ye Dil Mera. Although the story and the overall drama was quite grim but the OST has a happy feel to it and it matched the initial phase of Ana’s life perfectly when she was in love and pretty immature about how she approached her troublesome marriage. Shiraz Uppal also made the right decision by choosing to sing it himself, because this way he owned it and knew exactly the kind of treatment it deserved.

Although Pyar Ke Sadqay’s OST was overplayed at times, it had the perfect lyrics to describe Abdullah and Mahjabeen’s love for each other. The composition was also unique and catchy. It had the same feel which the drama had because of which it was just as unique and fun to listen to. Ahmad Jahanzaib & Mahnoor Khan did complete justice to the beautiful lyrics and composition by giving it the perfect vocals.

Drama serial Dushman e Jaan’s OST had a very unique feel to it and because it had to match the theme of the story, there was this daunting feel deliberately added to it which kind of worked and still didn’t take away from the fact that it was a very interesting OST to listen to. The lyrics were meaningful and elaborated all the emotions felt by Hatim perfectly.

Ali Sethi’s soulful vocals added more meaning to an OST that was penned down brilliantly. The composition was also such that it went well with the main theme of the song.

Drama serial Kashf’s story dealt with a very grave subject, therefore it’s OST had to have all the elements that not only told the story but did justice to the essence of it. The composer Hamza Akram Qawwal definitely understood the concept of the drama and gave the OST the kind of treatment that actually made it very grave and substantial. The loud music along with the Qawwali feel to it has made it a very interesting OST.
Drama serial Raaz e Ulfat’s OST is the kind that slowly grows on you when you hear it again and again. The fact that it has been used at the right time during the episodes has definitely worked and goes to show that it was composed suiting the scenarios of the story. LAHORE: Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid has advised people who had participated in the PDM Sit-in to quarantine themselves.
Dr Yasmin Rashid said that the PDM meeting had raised risk of a dangerous spread of Corona in Punjab, adding that everyone attending the meeting should quarantine themselves for 14 days to keep their families safe.
He said that the government kept preventing the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leadership from holding rallies in view of the increasing cases of Corona but the opposition still put the lives of its workers at stake.
