According to the details, Ibrahim had gone shopping with his parents when he slipped into the gutter right in front of his father within seconds. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Sunday. People immediately began rescue efforts, and the child’s body was recovered by a young boy in Gulshan-e-Iqbal after 14 long hours.
