Ducky Bhai is among the most followed YouTubers of Pakistan. He has been in a legal crisis recently as he was arrested by the NCCIA in the gambling apps case. He has been in jail for a few months now and he was not granted bail. An investigation has been going on about his alleged involvement in promoting gambling apps to his audience. Several other content creators were also named in the case but Ducky has been named the most famous one.
Ducky Bhai was facing several charges regarding scam and fraud as he was accused of promoting these apps to the public and many people ended up losing a lot of money. A new development has come up as Ducky Bhai has been finally granted bail by the Lahore High Court.
Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhary approved the bail with a surety bond of 1 million rupees. Ducky Bhai can further cooperate with the investigation out of custody. He had been in jail since August 17 and his bail applications in lower courts were rejected.
The internet is reacting to Ducky Bhai’s bail acceptance. One user wrote, “Alhamdulillah. He will reunite with his family.” Another added, “Why did they not arrest anyone else?” One said, “He will be in lifetime trauma.” Here is the reaction:
Iqra Aziz and Feroze Khan were an on-screen IT couple when they starred together in Khuda aur Mohabbat 3. The show was a massive hit and they went on to become fan favorites. They later on signed another mega project, Sanwal Yaar Piya. Things did not work out though as Feroze’s first divorce controversy surfaced while the drama was about to go on shoot. Iqra became one of the first artists who distanced themselves from Feroze as she announced her departure from Sanwal Yaar Piya. Durefishan Saleem later on replaced her in the drama.
Feroze Khan recently sat down with Ahmed Randhawa and he spoke about how his fight with Aliza Sultan was extremely exaggerated in the media. He can never even think about raising his hand at a girl or being violent. He also shared how female stars who worked with him always felt safe.
This is what Feroze Khan said as he finally explained his side of the story:
As Feroze Khan’s recent statement came, an old interview of Iqra Aziz has resurfaced where she said that she did not feel comfortable when she worked with Feroze Khan and she felt it was the right decision to pull out of the next project.
Iqra Aziz said that pulling out of Sanwal Yaar Piya was a very personal decision. She was not waiting for the allegations against Feroze to be proved or dismissed. She had already worked with him for a long span of time and she was not comfortable. Thus she decided to say “No” to Sanwal Yaar Piya. This is what Iqra Aziz said:
Nadia Khan is a prominent Pakistani television host and actor who began her career with memorable PTV dramas such as Bandhan, Pal Do Pal, and Des Pardes. Over the years, she appeared in various notable projects including Kaisi Aurat Hoon Main, Aesi Hai Tanhai, Wehshi, Dolly Darling, Kam Zarf, and others. At present, she is receiving appreciation for her engaging hosting in Kya Drama Hai and Rise and Shine. Known for her bold and outspoken personality, Nadia Khan is widely recognized as one of the bravest Pakistani celebrities who never hesitates to offer honest advice to fellow stars about their craft, styling, and overall conduct.
In her recent episode of Rise and Shine, Nadia Khan once again shared valuable advice—this time for popular Pakistani actress Dur-e-Fishan Saleem regarding her styling in Sanwal Yaar Piya.
While speaking to guest Amna Ilyas, who was promoting her clothing brand, Nadia asked which actress she would like to style. Amna expressed her wish to style Ayeza Khan, Saba Qamar, and Mahira Khan. However, Nadia suggested she should style Dur e Fishan, saying the actress needs ‘Better styling’. Nadia added that she liked Dur-e-Fishan’s wardrobe in Ishq Murshid, but could not understand her styling in Sanwal Yaar Piya, particularly the “too short shirts with loose shalwars,”. Amna Ilyas, unaware of Dur e Fishan’s looks in the drama, responded that Dur e Fishan is gorgeous and she would love to style her. Here is the link to the video:
Here are a few looks of Durefishan from drama serial Sanwal Yaar Piya:
Feroze Khan is one of the most followed Pakistani television actors, known for his iconic projects like Khaani, Ishqiya, Khuda Aur Mohabbat 3, Aye Musht-e-Khaak, Chup Raho, Gul-e-Rana, Romeo Weds Heer, Habs, Khumar, and Akhara. Feroze Khan has always been an expressive actor who frequently surprises his fans with updates about his life. One of the most shocking moments for his fans was his announcement of quitting showbiz at the peak of his career, and that too long before his personal life controversy.
Recently, Feroze Khan appeared on the show Green Room, hosted by Ahmed Randhawa, where he opened up about his decision to leave the showbiz industry and what made him change his mind later.
Talking about it, Feroze Khan said, “I think I saw fame at a young age, and that’s why when I look back, I appreciate those decisions. They remind me that things like fame and money hold no real value for me. If I delete my Instagram, I won’t become jobless, I got to know people need me—not my social media presence. This journey has taught me that a career doesn’t define or feed me. I thought I could be a tailor, a cloth seller, a merchandiser, or anything else. Life isn’t limited to one profession. And if power, money, and fame are written in my fate, I will receive them—they will naturally come to me. This has been my biggest learning, and I believe my decisions have been wise and meaningful. People are happy to watch me, my shows are among the most viewed, and I am a celebrated actor. All my projects have been successful—my first project Chip Raho skyrocketed, and dramas like Khaani, Ishqiya, and Habs were all hits. Now I can just act in dramas without worrying whether a project will be a hit or not, and I know I can enjoy the fruits of my stardom for twenty years to come.” Here is the link to the video:
It is pertinent to mention that before his personal life controversy, he had already announced his decision to quit the showbiz industry after performing Umrah in 2019, due to the religious influence. He also met Maulana Tariq Jamil a few times during his transformation days. He announced quitting media in March 2020. He wrote, “I quit the showbiz industry and will only act and provide my services to the teachings of Islam through this platform if needed.” However, the actor soon made a comeback in various projects, including Habs, during which his personal controversy surfaced. Here is his tweet announcing his decision to quit the media:

Recently, Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan gave a short interview to Maliha Rehman while promoting their upcoming film. During the casual chit-chat session, Fawad Khan opened up about falling in love with Sadaf Fawad Khan during the winter season in Lahore.
Talking about it, Fawad Khan said, “Yeah, I fell in love in Lahore in winter. It was the winter of 1998, and there was a restaurant called 4 Seasons on MM Alam Road. It was like a banquet hall/restaurant. It was a foggy winter evening in Lahore, and people were enjoying delicious hot food in the restaurant. It was a beautiful winter season, and love was in the air. Back in the days, we used to have foggy weather — not the smoggy kind we see nowadays. Lahore is a perfect classical romantic city; it’s the perfect setting for falling in love, especially its winter season is amazing.” Here is the link to the video:

The actor is now happily married to Dr. Zainab.
Recently, Feroze Khan appeared on the show Green Room which was hosted by Ahmed Randhawa. In the show, he talked about what happened between him and his ex-wife Aliza Sultan.
Talking about it, Feroze Khan said, “My side of the story is very simple. A girl and I were in a relationship, and everyone has good and bad days. One of our bad days became very bad, and that’s what happened. Later, whatever happened… maybe she got scared, and I had to face these false charges. I am not a guy who would beat a woman or pull a gun on her. I can swear on anything. I don’t appreciate men who put a gun on a woman. Always give respect — never beat women, never try to show power over them. All the girls like Hiba and others who have worked with me have never said they felt anything negative from me. I chose to stay silent, and the people who have worked with me know my calibre. I am not concerned about others.” Here is the link to the video:
Feroze Khan further added that he was strong enough to survive such a controversy, and he also shared that people from the industry told him that if they were in his place, they would have collapsed.

Nadia Khan is a popular Pakistani television host and actor who often makes headlines for her staunch patriotic stances, especially when it comes to India. She loves to raise her voice for Pakistan and calls out Pakistani celebrities for their pro-India behavior. Previously, she made headlines for calling out Talha Anjum until he accepted his mistake of waving the Indian flag, wearing it on his shoulders, and kissing it.
Now, she has criticized the Bollywood industry for copying yet another Pakistani real-life hero, this time to be portrayed by Sanjay Dutt. She invited Pakistani producer Neha Laaj, who made the film Chaudhary on Chaudhary Aslam in 2022. Nadia also called out the declining Bollywood industry, saying it is now relying solely on international content for survival.
Talking about this, Nadia Khan said, “What’s India’s obsession with international content? Previously, Bollywood was being copied by others; now they are the ones copying international content—Korean content, Turkish content—and now they are copying us. Where has their originality gone? They aren’t able to make a single song or a movie.” She further added that this Bollywood film Dhuradhar includes multiple mega stars because thats how they receive substantial funding from “Modi media.”
Nadia Khan further added, “There is a very funny story, now, if India will make any patriotic movie they will be mocked by their own people because they are now exposed in front of their nation after PAF downed their 7 jets, that’s why they have shifted their content from patriotic movies to Pakistan’s Liyari street scenario. Here is the link to the video:
Neha Laaj also praised Chaudhary Aslam’s personality, saying he was a very good-looking man. She said they tried to make Sanjay Dutt look good—who is a great performer—but he still can’t match Chaudhary Aslam because Aslam was naturally very handsome.
Meri Zindagi Hai Tu starring Bilal Abbas Khan and Hania Aamir is finally airng on television. The latest episode once again showed how Kamiyar is trying to right all the wrongs and he may realize that his behaviour is wrong.
Bilal Abbas Khan and Shamim Hilaly’s bond in Meri Zindagi Hai Tu is getting praises in every epsiode. Mohra is Geo TV’s hit prime-time drama serial featuring popular actors Laiba Khan, Aagha Ali, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Syeda Tuba Anwar, and several other Pakistani stars. The story revolves around a simple girl who becomes revengeful after her sister Anoushay’s suicide, for which Sikandar, her secret husband, is responsible. The drama is produced by 7th Sky Entertainment, directed by Mohsin Mirza, and written by Tahir Nazeer.
So far, Geo TV has aired 62 episodes of Mohra, and there are no signs of the drama coming to an end. The story is being stretched unnecessarily with subplots and new tracks, diverting attention from the main leads and the core plot of Aliza’s revenge.
Mohra viewers are now demanding the makers to end the drama because it has lost its plot and story. One drama fan wrote, “This has become a dragged Turkish drama; please end it now.” Another commented, “It has turned into a useless Star Plus–style drama. The makers have completely ruined the story and degraded the show in the end.” A viewer said, “Such a third-class show — it doesn’t make any sense. It has become a purely commercial serial that is now being dragged with zero storyline.” Another added that the serial should reach its climax now because it has become extremely boring and unbearable. One fan wrote, “You have destroyed the artists of this drama by stretching the play unnecessarily.” Read the comments shared by the drama fans:
Asad Siddiqui is a talented and versatile Pakistani actor and model who has been part of the media industry for around fifteen years. His notable dramas include Barat Series, Surkh Chandni, Bismil, Habil Aur Qabil, Aye Musht-e-Khaak, Sinf-e-Aahan, Tera Yahan Koi Nahi, Tu Mera Junoon, Rishtay Biktay Hain, Balaa, and Paristan. Currently, fans are praising his performance in Geo TV’s drama serial Shikanja. He is married to Zara Noor Abbas, who is an equally talented actor, and together they are parents to an adorable daughter, Noor e Jahan who is 1.5 years old.
Recently, Asad Siddiqui appeared on Zara Noor Abbas’ show What Mom Sense? In the show, he called out the modern trend of parents sending children to school at an early age. He also called out schools spreading class consciousness among the children.
On Zara Noor’s question, “Why aren’t we admitting Noor e Jahan to school?” He replied, “Noor e Jahan is just 1.5 years old. Who gets a child admitted to school at 1.5 years? Only fools. Even four years isn’t a suitable age for kids to be sent to school; five is also not the right age. All these school systems are money-making machines. Schools make you class-conscious and focus on money. Who can teach better than parents? Yes, schools can be helpful, but only after a certain age — not before that. In Finland, you aren’t allowed to attend school before the age of seven, because it is a scientifically proven age for learning, children are so fragile, their bones don’t even develop at five. Even Islamically, it is said to keep your children closer to you and teach them yourself.” Here is the link to the video:
Nimra Khan is a popular and celebrated Pakistani television actress who also boasts a substantial Instagram following of 4.2 million. Her notable dramas include Aye Musht-e-Khaak, Ehraam-e-Junoon, Uraan, Khoob Seerat, Baaghi, and Umm-e-Ayesha. Fans loved her look and character as a hijabi girl in Umm-e-Ayesha. Recently, Nimra Khan appeared on Hasna Mana Hai, where she talked about being an unwanted child in her family. She also opened up about why she spent the early years of her life as a tomboy.
Talking about it, she said, “In fact, I never wanted to be a boy, but when I was born my parents didn’t want me. I was a rejected child. They wanted a son, but I was born—the fourth daughter. They decided on their own and took me to a hairdresser. I was just nine when he took out his machine and they transformed me into a boy. I went numb. I didn’t step out of the house for almost two weeks. Gradually, I accepted what had happened, and the whole neighbourhood started calling me Ali Bhai. I started becoming Ali Bhai—going with my parents to buy sacrificial animals and checking their teeth. I used to take the animals along with me. If someone called me Nimra, I would cry. “After some time, doctors warned my parents that it was getting out of hand because I was taking that gender-reversed role seriously. I had started looking like a boy. I used to wear a suit with a tie, and I would copy Hrithik Roshan. No girl would talk to me because of my look and attire. Many incidents like these happened in my life.”

Recently, Farhan Saeed appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast Excuse Me, where he opened up about his flop film Tich Button.
Speaking about it, Farhan Saeed said, “When you connect with a project, and if you are not sincere with it or with the team, or if you have issues with it, it becomes unsuccessful. Iman didn’t have any issues with the project, but it was the wrong casting altogether. We made a film, it was a success, but it was difficult. The point is, there were unprofessional people involved. They will hear it and mind it, but that’s the truth. When I sign a project, I give my hundred percent. These are old-school, 90s-style things—being late on set, throwing tantrums. It’s obvious from their career graphs how they are progressing. We conducted screen tests for the actors, but they had a few issues.”
He further added, “After the shoot, problems started to arise. The shoot itself was difficult, especially in Nankana Sahib in minus 2 degrees. I can only give room to Iman here—she had MS and collapses in winter, but she was a star in her own right. She wanted PC-level protocols, which isn’t always possible, but I give full credit to Qavi Sahab, Gul-e-Rana, Sohail Sahab, Samia Mumtaz, and Raahila Agha. They were amazing and dedicated people. I learned a lot. I would change many things about the film—casting and many other aspects. But for newbies, it wasn’t that bad.” Here is the link to the video:
He further added jokingly that the Button got Tiched and admitted that there were multiple issues or mistakes in the project altogether and if given a chance he won’t ever sign the cast he worked with. Here is the link to the video:

Meri Zindagi Hai Tu is a new drama which just started airing on ARY Digital. Bilal Abbas Khan and Hania Aamir have teamed up for the show and fans were waiting for it to air as soon as possible. The drama is here and it has received backlash for once again romanticising stalkerish behaviour of a man who just cannot understand the meaning of “NO” and keeps bothering the girl. As the lead pair are big stars, the show is receiving a good number of views while the debate regarding the storyline is also on.
Danish Nawaz, an actor and director, is currently enjoying the success of Sanwal Yaar Piya which he directed. His drama is also a love story but people love the respectful Sanwal. He has something to say subtly about love stories with stalkerish heroes and he did not hold back his thoughts.
Danish Nawaz said that Sanwal is a hero who respects consent. Pakistani people like watchng positive romance. He added that he has seen heroes nowadays who go and sit under the heroine’s house. They do not show any respect to her consent and he wants to know where the fathers of these girls are. The girl keeps dealing with such guys on her own. Where is the father of the girl? This looks unbelievable. He very subtly threw shade at Meri Zindagi Hai Tu which is under discussion or exactly this plot.
Sanwal Yaar Piya is one of the most watched dramas of the year. After high-anticipation the show aired on Geo TV and Ahmed Ali Akbar as Sanwal, Durefishan Saleem as Piya and Feroze Khan as Aliyar came on screens. The drama is gaining high TRPs and YouTube views and fans have also been comparing the performances of stars on the show.
Ahmed Ali Akbar as Sanwal is the fan favourite as the actor has literally embodied the character. The mannerisms, diction and style this character possessed, has endeared him to fans at once. Feroze Khan is another big star in Sanwal Yaar Piya. He is also performing well in hs character but fans have felt that Ahmed has completely overshadowed him. Director Danish Nawaz is now opening up about this comparison.
Danish Nawaz said that both the actors have done a great job in Sanwal Yaar Piya and there is no sense about one overpowering another. He said that Sanwal has a very strongly written character and Ahmed Ali Akbar has done a great job while portraying him. Feroze Khan’s Aliyar is different and the actor has done what was in the script to perfection. There is no comparison between the two and both have done the job they were given.

Atif Aslam is an internationally celebrated Pakistani singer who enjoys an incredible social media support of 11 million followers on Instagram. He is famously known for his sad songs like Aadat, Kuch Is Tarha, Ba Khuda, Dil Diyan Gallan, and others. Fans admire his high notes. Talking about charging heavy amount, Atif Aslam said, “I know I don’t have to go and sit in every show. If someone says I charge a heavy amount, it clearly means he wants to invite me and maybe he wants the world to know about it. Allah has given me immense respect. Maybe sometimes I’m unable to go because of my busy schedule, but I still get to hear these things. I’m aware of them, and I’m unapologetic about it. I don’t want to respond. I’ve seen people’s attitudes change — they are good only until their show or interview is done. I know them inside out. It’s not always about arrogance; arrogance doesn’t suit human beings.”
Talking about success, Atif Aslam said, “At 18 years, I learnt to win the world — and I did. I have amazing fans. At that time, you want certain things: success, to perform at certain venues, your records to sell — and I achieved all of that. But then there comes a point when you realize it’s not enough. It’s never enough. The quest for more is always there. You want to achieve more and more, but not just to stay in the race — but to enjoy the success as well.”
It is pertinent to mention here that once Tabish Hashmi has revealed in Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast that people even have demanded one crore rupees. Once Nida Yasir advised Atif in Tabish Hashmi’s show to charge less for his TV appearances and once make an appearance in her morning show. Both of them also planned to invite him in a joint venture production. Watch both the clips here:

You invited a cheap audience, and if someone trusts you enough to come to your show, you shouldn’t let them be humiliated by such people. Allah loves those who treat their guests well. You invited me with grace and assured me that you would take care of everything, yet you brought in an audience that asked harsh questions. Instead of stopping them, you justified their behaviour, as if those were your own questions. I will not go again, and I advise everyone else not to go either. Even my friends have refused to attend. I wouldn’t go even if he offered me 5 lakh. He will even ask about his podcast’s cheque from me —He feels more like an income tax officer than a host.” Here is the link to the video:

Dowry is still a very important part of Pakistani weddings. Though the cases of forced dowries have lessened, parents of a girl have to give her enough items to satisfy the egos of the groom’s family and to make sure that their daughter feels “secure” when she shifts to he husband’s house.
Kanwal Khan had something special to share about the dowry practice in her family and it was a refreshing take. She shared that her family as a whole does not give or receive dowry anymore. The girl only takes her essentials with her when she gets married. She went on to say that a man should at least be independent enough to afford his own bedroom set when he is getting married and should not expect the bride to bring it. The girl and her family should wait for the boy to earn basic stuff if he cannot afford it.
