Here comes a big news for all Vidya Balan Fans. After taking a long break after Mission Mangal, the Tumhari Sallu actress will next be seen in Shakuntala Devi biopic. Further, what is more interesting is the news that she has been finalized with the next project in which she will play a forest officer.
As per the reports, the new film will be based on the controversial killing of the tigress Avni, who was known as a man-eater in India. The Maharastra tigress, Avni was killed after she ate as many as 13 humans.
The project comes under the umbrella of Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment. The source has further told Pinkvilla that the makers were on a lookout for a powerful female actress who would play the lead in the film that aimed at bringing back to life the controversial killing of the tigress. The film-maker has worked with Vidya on the Shakuntala Devi biopic and it was then that his next film was also offered to her.
Now that’s an interesting thing to look forward to.
