Controversial drama serial Jalan has been criticized since the release of its trailers and till yet it has been criticized.

The writer of Jalan, Sidra Sahar Imran has talked about the criticism she had to face on to her drama serial Jalan.

Talking about the criticism she said, “Writers are fulfilling their responsibilities but it has become a fashion to criticize others. People are criticizing Jalan and I have an idea about it but I wrote this story on the demand of channel.”

“We are living in the 21st century and we are ashamed about the things on which we should be but we are ashamed after watching a drama,” she said.

Sidra Sahar also shared that after all this criticism a writer will think twice before writing. “I am not saying bad about anyone but people who haven’t watched the drama are also criticizing. If some people are against it but there are people who are liking it as well.”

“We have been stopped to talk about such things but I think even children should know about these things. Jalan is a story of this society, it’s not a unique story. Such negative characters exist in our society and the writer will show the end of this negative character but please wait.”

Sidra Sahar further said, “People are waiting for the end of Nisha. I have shown an important societal issue but if people keep criticizing I don’t care because I am unique.”

Raqs-e-Bismil is an upcoming drama series having a soulful story, featuring Imran Ashraf and Sarah Khan in lead roles. It has been written by Khuda Aur Mohabbat writer Hashim Nadeem and it will air at the end of 2020.

Imran Ashraf is playing the role of Moosa who is an action hero and this will be completely different from his previous characters.

One of Pakistan’s biggest pop-stars and a true veteran of the Pakistani music industry, Alamgir has given his fans countless hits in the years: ‘Dekha Na Tha’, ‘Albela Rahi’,’Keh Dena’ and ‘Yeh Shaam Aur Tera Naam’ are just a few.

He has been in the news lately because of his deteriorating health. Asking his fans to send prayers, the pop-star opted to use Facebook to reach out from the US, where he lives and is being treated these days. He had been battling deteriorating health for a few years and was diagnosed with double kidney failure in 2004. He wrote “Both my kidneys enlarged so much that there is no space to put the 3rd kidney in (normally in a kidney transplant a 3rd kidney is planted without taking any of the non-working kidneys out) but in my case they will have to take my kidneys out as the first step. This itself is a major surgery”.

Back in October 2011, Alamgir had revealed that he was on a three-year waiting list for a kidney transplant. He was diagnosed with renal failure in 2004 and has been undergoing treatment ever since. However, that three-year duration extended to seven years now in 2020.

A few days ago, he had told fans he will be going through the surgery and requested prayers. Recently he took to his social media account and announced that he successfully had his kidney replaced and is recovering.

Raaz e Ulfat drama serial stars Gohar Rasheed, Yumna Zaidi and Shehzad Sheikh. The story is a love triangle and the chemistry between Yumna Zaidi and Gohar Raseed was undeniably beautiful.

In an interview, Gohar Rasheed shared his experience of working with Yumna Zaidi in Raaz e Ulfat.

He said, “Kudos to Yumna, she bore with me and worked with an on-screen non-romantic person. With Yumna, it was so beautiful and brilliant to work with her. You know when a great actor is in front of you then you throwback their energy. So she performed so well.”

Sanam Marvi is a celebrated Pakistani Singer who has made a distinguished name in Sufi and Folk singing. She, other than Abida Parven, is considered one of the finest singers of the Sufi Genre. She started singing at a very young age and got training from her father, who was also a folk singer.

Sanam married Ali after her former husband Aftab Ahmed was killed in Karachi the same year. The couple has three children together. In February, Marvi and her husband Hamid Ali officially parted ways after a Lahore family court approved of Marvi’s request for khula. Marvi had filed for khula on February 8. She claimed that Ali started to abuse her in front of their children. “I tolerated abuse from my husband for the sake of my kids”, she said.

Recently Sanam Marvi was hospitalized after having severe anxiety attacks. Sanam rushed to the hospital due to low blood pressure and a severe anxiety attack on Wednesday.

Taking to her official Facebook account, Sanam shared that she has been suffering from severe depression and anxiety because she is not with her sons. “A few days ago, it was my children Mustafa Ali and Ward Ali’s birthdays while they were away from me”, said the Hairaan Hua singer. “What’s even worse is that the schools are open, but my eldest son Behlool Ali has been barred from attending school and is forced to sing”. She remarked that the situation is painful.

While sharing details about her recent hospital visit, Marvi added that she was taken to the hospital due to anxiety attacks and high blood pressure, despite taking her medicine regularly. “After monitoring for a few hours, I recovered completely and have returned home”, she said.

She later went live on Facebook and thanked those who prayed for her and inquired about her health. Marvi remarked that since a smile can hide a lot of pain, ordinary people don’t really believe that a person is suffering from depression. She also referred to Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case. The actor who was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14 was suffering from bipolar disorder and depression. Marvi also added that she is praying for her relatives and sister, even though they are writing things against her. “I pray for them but my only advice is to research before writing anything”, she said.
