Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s first (former) wife Dr Bushra Iqbal has shared her concern about the High Court’s decision of performing autopsy of the dead body of the host Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain. She has urged fans to be vocal about it as the autopsy is a painful procedure for dead people and Islam doesn’t allow it.

She wrote on her Twitter, “All of you who are the fans and admirers of late Amir Liaquat Hussain, are you in favor of postmortem of Dr Aamir Liaquat, do you want his body to go through this procedure? They want their contentment after giving the torture and pain to the dead body? Shari’ah doesn’t does not allow this act, dismemberment of the dead and exhumation of the grave is forbidden in Islam. The death of Aamir Liaquat Hussain stated a whole new controversy when his third ex-wife Dania Shah claimed foul play and wanted a post-mortem conducted in his case. She filed a case where she wanted the body to be exhumed and then go through a post-mortem. Aamir’s children Dua and Ahmed as well as his first ex-wife Dr Bushra Iqbal blocked the petition and fought for Aamir and did not let the post-mortem happen at that time.

The family won the right as the body was not exhumed and now in a podcast with Hafiz Ahmed, Bushra Iqbal has revealed why did her kids and herself insisted that the post-moretm should not be conducted.

She shared that Aamir Liaquat had a will regarding conducting his post-mortem. He did not want his body to ever go through a post-mortem and this was his will which he had shared several times in his life. Bushra Iqbal shared that his life came under threats many times as he was a political worker and later due to controversies that happened during the Alim Online era.

He thus said every time any threat came that never let anyone perform post-mortem on him and bury him as he was. His family also did not see any foul play after they got the initial reports. Aamir Liaquat’s post-mortem case is still being dragged, weeks after his death. A couple of days ago Aamir Liaquat’s wife Dania Malik filed a case in Sindh high court for exhumation of late Aamir Liaquat’s body after his ex-wife Bushra Iqbal and her children didn’t allow to perform the autopsy. The court decided to exhume and send Aamir Liaquat’s body for a post-mortem examination but due to Bushra Iqbal and her kids efforts and struggles the court has to suspend the order of autopsy.

Today, Geo News famed anchor Rabia Anam made headlines after walking out from a popular show Good Morning Pakistan. She said she’s walking out because of Mohsin Abbas Haider as she’s been vocal about abuse. However, Mohsin Abbas Haider sat quietly and continued the show. A couple of days ago Bushra Iqbal, ex-wife of late Aamir Liaquat case in FIA Cyber Crime against Dania Shah and her mother after they reached court in order to be the part of post-mortem case.

Recently in a press conference, Bushra Iqbal mentioned that “FIA has given us a positive response and they have assured us that they’ll investigate on their own and will take action against Dania. Aamir got married to Dania to live a peaceful and happy married life but he didn’t knew that he got married to a greedy woman. Within 4 months his bank accounts were left empty, even at this point he was asking people for money.”

“When Aamir was alive, they were just asking for divorce and nothing else, even they said that didn’t want a penny from Aamir but the moment Aamir died she started acting fake. The divorce was already accepted by Aamir a few days after Dania filed divorce but she’s not accepting it now. While talking about the post-mortem case Bushra stated that “There were no external fractures or injuries on Aamir’s body so we decided not to perform the autopsy. For me Islamic values are preferred than anything else, If we had any doubt regarding Aamir’s death we would have been the first one to ask for post-mortem.”

“We want justice. We want Dania to be arrested as soon as possible and she should be punished for her wrong deeds”, concluded Bushra.
