Ali Noor is the singer of the former band Noori and he has been accused of sexual harassment by singer Maha Ali Kazmi. Maha Ali Kazmi took to Instagram and shared her side of the story. She said that she went for an audition on the Coke Studio where she met Ali Noor who allegedly sabotaged her audition. She also said that Ali Noor asked her to come and meet him in Lahore so he could help mould her talent. She and her husband met with Ali later and he made inappropriate advances against her. maha said that she will never do anything so tainted for her career and she is exposing Ali.

Talking to Express Tribune, Kazmi speaks about his selection, “It was a coveted role to bag. I returned from working on Dobara Phir Se and sent my tapes and they loved it. The director, Alex Graves has previously worked on The Newsroom, West Wing and Game of Thrones. For him to choose me for the role was a big deal.”
In order to mark World Down Syndrome Day, Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP) has dedicated a song called ‘Aao Humaray Saath Chalo’ to children with Down Syndrome and their families.
The video also reveals that 225K people live with Down Syndrome in Pakistan every day.

Ever since Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Maqsood of Strings bid farewell to Coke Studio after wrapping up the tenth season rumors of Noori producing the next season have been resurfacing over social media.
Noori’s manager denied the rumors previously by saying,
“The rumours are false. Noor and Hamza are not involved in producing Coke Studio 11 as of yet,”
But the rumors weren’t entirely false for in a recent Facebook post Coke Studio unveiled Ali Hamza that is one half of Noori The Band along with veteran Zohaib Kazi as the producers of Coke Studio 11th edition.

Zohaib & Ali are both Coke Studio veterans, who have played an instrumental role in its success over the years. Strings themselves took the throne from Rohail Hayat in season 7 and have produced four seasons since then until they bid farewell to the platform last season and went on to work on their new singles which will be released soon as the band celebrates it’s three decades of music and love.
A source has revealed,
“Hamza will be producing the Coke Studio now. Ali Noor is busy with some of his own projects and will not be able to give time to Coke Studio but Hamza will be taking care of business.”

Ali Haider also revealed that he had to relocate to the USA with his family due to threats he was getting. He added that during the 2013-2014 era, Pakistan was facing serious security threats. He also received extortion warnings and he had to flee on the roads in his car while his children were with him. All of this combined became too much for him and his family. When an opportunity came where he could shift to the USA and work there, he took it and relocated to Houston.
Aamir Zaki, the renowned legendary guitarist passed away on Friday at the age of 49. Zaki suffered from heart failure after a long battle with health problems.
However, Waqar Zaka came out with a video following the demise of legendary guitarist. He criticised the artist community for being insensitive and abandoning Zaki. He further claimed that Aamir Zaki was lying dead all alone with no one to take care of his body.
According to Waqar, he went to the Edhi morgue located in the Sohrab Goth area of Karachi where the idol’s body was kept.
He also said that the deceased’s family was not concerned about his body. “Artists should come and see how Aamir is kept here. This day can also come in our lives,” he said in his live video on Facebook.
Zaka alleged that singers Ali Haider, Hadiqa Kiani and Ahmed Jahanzaib, who worked with Zaki were not there to his death.
Singer Ali Haider now responded to Zaka’s live video, Ali released a video recently and slammed Zaka for naming him and Hadiqa Kiani among others, he also claimed that Zaka is trying to seek attention using Aamir Zaki’s death.
He said, “Everyone knows that I have been living in the United Staes for over two years now and Hadiqa lives in Lahore. But you [Waqar] were in Karachi. Why couldn’t you do anything for Zaki when we all knew the tough time he was going through?”
“If I want to do something good or charitable, I will do it in secret. Gabbing a mobile phone and shooting a video to seek attention is very easy,” he said.
