She also said that those people who say that these foolish topics get them ratings are also wrong. Nadia Khan said that nowadays the hosts ask such silly questions and when someone’s mother dies they invite that celebrity to the show which is even more foolish. Nadia Khan said that the hosts are no longer interested in finding out more about celebrities. She said that morning show hosts get ratings from making celebrities cry which is really annoying.

Nadia Khan shared that when she was hosting morning shows she used to ensure that there was some educational aspect to the show but nowadays morning shows are useless because they do not want to educate. Fiza Ali also criticized the way morning show hosts conduct these shows.

Sanam Baloch narrated the interesting details of how she started her acting career while she was talking to Samina Peerzada on her talk show. Sanam said that she never wanted to be an actress but her first wish was to be a pilot. When she was a little older she figured out she could not be a pilot because she has asthma. That’s when Sanam Baloch was actually clueless as to what she wanted to do.

Sanam Baloch’s older sister, Sabreen Hisbani, on the other hand was always interested in performing. Sanam also shared that her performance in this telefilm was instantly noticed by everyone in the industry. She said that it was few of those projects which get recognition and appreciation overnight.

Among other things, Sanam Baloch shared on Samina Peerzada’s show that because her parents were separated when she was only three and since her parents were also cousins, she was constantly going from one house to the other because both of them shared custody. She also said that while she is all for divorce instead of a marriage in which the children suffer because of the constant fights between parents, she also thinks that she lost her childhood because of the continuous travelling from one place to another.

Sanam Baloch shared that she does not remember staying in one house or place and making memories as a child. She remembers being brought up in different houses. Gul Panra has recently shared in Farrah’s morning show about how shy and nervous she used to be. She shared her experience of the first time she was going to sing, when she was so confused that she couldn’t sing. Gul Panra said that she didn’t even know where to see, how to face and handle the camera and how to stand even. She said that when her screen tests came her feet weren’t even aligned.

Gul Panra further said that there were so many people there at her first time, her teacher and her composer that she couldn’t sing even a single line and to that the composer said that she would never be able to sing but she said that his negativity encouraged her and she took it as a challenge. Acclaimed filmmakers Bilal Lashari made waves when he announced the making of Maula Jutt’s sequel. The film has been in production for years now and even became a part of few controversies. With the starring of Fawad and Mahira together again after such a long time is also something people are looking forward to. Maula Jutt is not the remake of the original starring Sultan Rahi and Mustafa Qureshi. It has a new story and is an extension of the original Maula Jutt universe.

Sami Khan is shining high nowadays because of his talent and hard work. He has worked in many mega projects in his vast career but there is still something which many viewers and followers did not know about him until now. Sami Khan was invited as a guest on Yasir Hussein’s show After Moon Show With Yasir in which he revealed the fun side of his character which the viewers do not get to see very often.

Among other things Sami Khan revealed that he changed his name when he started his showbiz career with the film Salakhain. Sami Khan’s real name is Mansoor Aslam Khan Niazi. Mansoor is the name his parents gave him, Aslam is his father’s name and Khan Niazi is their family name/cast. Sami Khan says that when he was about to go for shoot for Salakhain, he decided that he did not want to start his showniz career with this name. That is when he went to the famous palmist Komal Tariq and asked her to suggest a name. She suggested the name Sami Khan. The name Sami was brand new and Khan was taken from his own name.

Sami Khan shared that he loved this name even before Komal Tariq suggested it therefore this was a win-win situation for him. He also said that his director Shehzad Rafique was not happy with this decision and as a reaction he made sure that the character Sami was playing was changed to Mansoor. Sami Khan’s new name definitely proved to be a lucky for him!

Amir Khan and Faryal Makhdoom are definitely an interesting couple but unfortunately not in a very positive sense. The boxer always remains in the news for his infidelities more than for his sports. Last year, Ami and Faryal both had a major fallout when both of them slung cheating allegations on each other. No Time To Sleep starring Sarmad Khoosat who is playing prisoner Z is primarily about the cruelty of time that is both long and short  while the ropes are tested. It’s a meditative twenty four hour performance following a prisoner while he prepares for execution. No Time to sleep is inspired from the story of prisoner Zulfiqar Who spent his last 17 years in prison waiting for his execution which was scheduled 22 times.

Sarmad Khoosat said “For the 24 hours that I will imbibe Zulfiqar’s story, I will be thinking of him. I’ll be thinking of his letters. I’ll comfort myself knowing that, at the end of 24 hours, I can go back home and be with my family and loved ones again.”

Mohsin on a recent interview said that he was offered Khaani first but he has not taken it at that time.

He further added that he doesn’t and can’t, for that matter, say no to a project but when he does, it’s because of the timings and commitments that he has already made. Mohsin said no due to the obligations he already had on his plate. I wonder how Khaani would have turned out if it were Mohsin opposite Sana.

Sonali Bendre a very talented and famous film actress and model from across the border who has been awarded many film accolades is battling with lethal cancer. She was diagnosed recently but the cancer was at an advanced stage. She has been sharing her battle since the beginning and she has been fighting very bravely.

She has shared her journey through the treatment saying, “Over the past couple of months, I have had good days and bad ones. There have been days when I’ve been so exhausted and in so much pain that even lifting a finger hurt. I feel like sometimes it’s a cycle… one that starts off with physical pain and leads to mental and emotional pain. The bad days have been many… Post chemo, post-surgery and the like… where even just laughing hurts. Sometimes it felt like it took everything I’ve had to push past it… a minute to minute battle with myself. I got through it knowing that even though I was fighting a long drawn out, draining battle… it was one that was worth the fight.”

She further added, “It’s important to remember that we’re allowed to have those bad days. Forcing yourself to be happy and cheerful all the time serves no purpose. Who are we being fake and putting on an act for? I allowed myself to cry, to feel the pain, to indulge in self-pity… for a short while. Only you know what you’re going through and it is fine to accept it. Emotions aren’t wrong. Feeling negative emotions isn’t wrong. But after a point, identify it, recognize it and refuse to let it control your life. It takes an immense amount of self-care to get out of that zone. Sleep always helps, or having my favorite smoothie after chemo, or just talking to my son.”

As a closing thought she added, “For now, as my treatment continues… my visual focus remains to just get better and get back home”
