Fahad Mustafa hosts Jeeto Pakistan, a game show that has been a mega hit for more than a decade now. He is also a star who has always proudly flaunted his Pakistani identity and he gives clear statements for Pakistan whenever a conflict arises. Pakistan just went through a massive turn when India launched a war over Pakistan. India, as usual, wanted to blame Pakistan for the Pahalgam Attacks. Pakistan Air Force launched their own Operation Bunyan Al Marsoos in retaliation and pushed India on backfoot. A ceasefire was then agreed which is backed by the USA.
The Indian Air Force had to admit to the downing of their Rafale Jets though they were reluctant and tried to talk in circles.
Here is the admission:
Fahad Mustafa opened his show with an applause for the Armed Forces. The actor called out Indian aggression and said that this is not a film. In real life, you will get a real answer. So, do not repeat this mistake again. Fahad Mustafa is an actor who has a massive following in India after the success of Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum but the actor still chose love and peace. He added that Pakistan is a country where people of all religions and ethnicities live and their lives, property and honour are protected. He also applauded the Pakistani media for responsible reporting and said that we as a nation are far more open-minded and tolerant than Indians.
This is what Fahad Mustafa had to say:
Fahad Mustafa and Atiqa Odho recently got into a war of words and it got ugly. It all started when Atiqa appeared on Hasna Mana Hai and advised Fahad to appear with heroines his own age. She also praised his talent and hard work but she thinks that he should star with starlets of his own age group.
Atiqa Odho wanted to bury the hatchet after Fahad Mustafa asked her to get plastic surgeries. She put out a statement where she apologized to Fahad if he was hurt as that was never her intention and she just wanted to move forward with forgiveness. This came after public and colleagues were supporting her against Fahad Mustafa’s ageist remarks.
Now, Fahad Mustafa has followed suit as he apologized to Atiqa Odho in his show Jeeto Pakistan. He said that he thinks Atiqa Odho is the most beautiful woman in Pakistan. She is our elder and he respects her and he would like to publicly apologize for his remarks. This statement was also then posted by Atiqa Odho on her Instagram stories signaling she has accepted his words.
This is what he said:
The internet is now reacting to this apology. One person said, “This is how a civilized community behaves.” Another added, “Success has gone to his head. One day you disrespect a senior and the next day you do this drama.” One said, “He had to apologize as he has a film to promote and he does not want anything to affect it.” Here is the reaction:
