He took to Instagram to share his opinion about #megxit. Butt shared, “An actress who has been in the limelight and a prince who has born with royal blood and responsibility. I don’t believe that because of media and family matters you are stepping down from your birth responsibility.”

And therefore it did not come as a surprise when Khalil Sahab confessed to having written Roomi, inspired by his own childhood. “I wrote the character of Roomi with an actor in mind. And that actor was Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar. That kid is actually playing the role of Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar. I am disclosing this today. He is essaying my childhood. I was a kid who used to say such big things that it used to shock people around me. And I named him Roomi, out of love for a very close friend of mine who is also named Roomi,” shared the Pyaray Afzal writer.

Roomi is portaryed by child star Shees Shahzad Gul and has garnered the attention of the audience for being too adult like and his tongue in cheek comments regarding his mother and persuading his father at a number of times. It was last year that the news about anchorperson Iqrar ul Hassan’s second marriage went viral. People were quick to jump to conclusions and blame Iqrar until Iqrar came out himself and showed the world how he had maintained a balance between his two wives and how his family was a happy unit.

Although the couple didn’t make any official announcements, the grapevine was ripe with the news of actress Sana Javed and singer Umair Jaswal tying the knot soon.

According to local media reports, the couple had kept their relationship private and was now all set to make it official. It all started when the ‘Ruswai’ star sent Umair a sports bike-themed cake for his birthday. Following that they were also seen together in few recent media events.

Umair had posted a picture with the cake on his birthday, under which there were comments thanking Sana for the cake.

However, as per latest developments, both Sana and Umair have denied the rumors, stating it all to be fake.
