Armeena Khan shows no coyness when it comes to being vocal about her political views. The Janaan starlet was previously seen supporting Syria on her social media and now she has joined hands with Human Relief Foundation to help Syrian refugees.

Coronavirus is spreading all over the world rapidly. It originated from China and now the super-power country, America, has the most cases than any other country. There is no cure for this disease, the only way to control it is isolation. 

Coronavirus patients are kept in self-isolation to recover from it. Therefore, Pakistan is completely locked down to save people from coronavirus. Except for general stores, hospitals, and pharmacies, everything else is closed until the situation gets better. 

People are requested to stay inside homes to avoid social gatherings to keep themselves and others safe. All the marriage halls are closed by the government to maintain social distancing. Keeping the current situation in mind, Armeena Khan celebrated her birthday in quarantine. 

Armeena posted her birthday pictures on Instagram to share them with her fans and followers. No friends and no relatives were invited to celebrate her birthday. She thanked her parents for making her day even more special.

“Who is this man? Why is he using such abusive language against the film industry?” She further questioned the content that is aired on TV, stating, “Why is such obscene language allowed on mainstream television?”

Speaking of Sheikh, Armeena still couldn’t believe what he thought about the film fraternity.

“I am embarrassed for this man. I mean, how do you just sit there and make such statements without realising the wider ramifications? Is he educated? What background does he come from?”

The Janaan actor also explained that if Sheikh was in the UK, a person like him wouldn’t be allowed anywhere near public office.

Mental health is not taken seriously in our society. Many people suffering from a mental health condition will keep dragging on and not take care of themselves like they would of any physical disease. Arjumand Rahim bravely shared about her struggle.

Arjumand Rahim is a veteran in our industry and shared how she has struggled with anxiety when she appeared on Momina’s Mixed Plate. She shared that she suffers from unstable anxiety and has had anxiety attacks some times even on sets.

She further explained that the environment and stress have contributed to her anxiety. This is what she said:

She was later diagnosed with extreme anxiety and had depression. She ended up getting therapy for it and received proper treatment to get better. Arjumand Rahim said that it was really scary when she did not know what was happening to her. She then got treated and she is doing all better now.

Arjumand said,” Jacky Shroff helped me a lot while I was living in Delhi, he helped me find an apartment at a really nice place and was so much concerned about my residence because I was living alone in Dehli.”
