Yesterday, the whole country came to a standstill when a chairlift broke in the middle of the air in Allai, Battagram. The chairlift had 8 people including 7 kids and one teacher. The people in the area have to use the chairlift everyday due to lack of infrastructure. As hue and cry grew on the social media, Pakistan Air Force deployed two helicopters while SSG Commandos also joined in to rescue the hanging people. After nearly 12 hours of effort, only one child was rescued and that is when the ground operation started and local hero Sahib Khan came in.
Sahib Khan used slings and a locally made cart while he was assisted by a special team flown in from Mansehra. Rscue 1122 was also standing on the ground for the people being rescued and they were finally able to get everyone back on the ground and the whole nation took a sigh of relief.
Here is how Sahib Khan rescued the people and the problems that came in the helicopter plan:

Sahib Dilan صاحبدلان is an Urdu dubbed Iranian drama which will be aired on ATV, the only private terrestrial channel in Pakistan which is also available on satellite.
Though dramas of another muslim majority country Turkey are quite popular in our country, but dramas of Iran another muslim
majority country and our western neighbor are not a preferred choice for media houses. ATV was the first one which aired a regular Iranian drama Roz-e-Hasrat (https://reviewit.pk/first-iranian-drama-on-pakistani-channel/) last year in Ramazan which went unnoticed. This year ATV is again coming up with Iranian darama. Like last
year it will be telecasted in matinee timings instead of prime time.
Iran is western neighbour of Pakistan with Persian (Farsi) as official language. Despite strict regulations for media
content, Iran has a vibrant film and television industry. Irani films are viewed and produced in good numbers. Iranian films and television are also followed in persian speaking countries/regions of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Bahrain and Iraq. In Pakistan, cultural centers of Iran are located in all major cities which regularly arrange film festivals where irani films are screened. However for some un-explainable reasons Iranian films are not able to appeal general public. Regarding television dramas, no private satellite channel has ever aired any regular Iranian drama, ATV is the only one which has done it last year. However Iranian productions on religious and historical events are aired on satellite channels, these include dramas on event of karbala, moharram and history of arab anudulus. Last year TV One has also aired a serial on history of spain under arab rule, which was perhaps an Iranian production.

Saheefa wrote, “Even before moving to Canada, I kept telling my trainers that I wouldn’t be able to do this without them. The only reason I ever showed up at the gym and stayed consistent was because of them. There were days my gym partners and friends would literally bang on my door just to drag me out of bed and make sure I showed up. From sharing protein shakes to chatting before and after workouts about life, politics, work, and mental health — those moments meant everything. My trainers and gym friends played a huge role in shaping the person I’ve become and everything I’ve achieved so far. For what it’s worth — thank you, Murtaza and Amna (my trainers), and Sally (my gym partner), for standing by me. Thank you for pushing me through the meltdowns, the tantrums, and all the emotional baggage I carried in. I wouldn’t have made it this far without you.”
Saheefa also thanked her dedicated trainers and the gym for keeping her motivated throughout her journey. She said, “And no, it’s not easy. It’s never easy to leave the bed and force yourself to work out. There will be days when you feel nauseous, fatigued, disheartened, and hopeless — days where your body looks the same, and your mind feels worse. But all of it — all of it gets better. Eventually, you’ll see changes. In your body. In your mindset. In how you show up for yourself. And suddenly… all that pain becomes part of your power.” *(Tagging: @smurtazaliofficial, @itsnotsaglar)*
She further shared, “It’s been almost three weeks since I got here, and I haven’t been eating right. I’m in the middle of a huge transition. That’s probably why I feel like all the gains, the discipline, and the progress I had made just slipped. It’s hard to put into words, but I really hope I find my rhythm again. I miss them so much.”
Talking about mental health, Saheefa emphasized, “If there’s one thing I’ll say to anyone struggling — go to the gym. And if you can, find a good trainer. For the longest time, I thought it was pointless advice. I thought people were just oversimplifying the issue. But they were right. The gym does help. Movement helps. Having the right people around helps. It takes time, but it’s worth it.”
She also shared her post-workout breakfast: “**Post-workout breakfast:** – 2 scoops of protein powder – 1 scoop of creatine – 1 scoop of collagen peptides Exactly what my body needs to refuel.”

She also pointed out one of the most important barriers to seeking help and that is a huge amount of fee that people can generally not afford. She said people do not have 3000 rupees per session for three days a week. So, many people are simply not able to afford help. For those people, others who are influential should make communities and safe spaces where they can open up and feel better about their emotions.

Recently, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak shared her thoughts on the rapidly declining standard of ARY Digital’s reality show Tamasha. She criticized the illiterate contestants of Tamasha 4.
Talking about it, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak wrote:
“Man, honestly, watching Tamasha makes my heart sink. Such filthy behavior goes on inside—fights over bread, curry, and potatoes; foul language; and everyone just trying to put each other down only for screen time. Brother, there are moral values too, there is basic decency too. What is this? Is this what they’re promoting? Tomorrow, if these same people work in the ISI industry, only God will protect us. I genuinely fear them. The level of manipulation happening just to win the game is even more toxic. Emotional abuse has been normalized—faking pain, making up struggles and stories, even lying in tone—all of it feels utterly disgusting. One should understand that crossing every limit is not ‘entertainment.’ Staying calm, maintaining respect, and competing with dignity are also part of the game. Winning isn’t only what you see on the screen—true victory is when a person walks out of the game still carrying their honor and humanity.”
Tamasha viewers expressed anger at Saheefa Jabbar Khattak, but many social media users agreed with her. According to viewers, all seasons of the show have featured bullies and toxic participants, while one fan praised Saheefa for speaking the truth about Tamasha. Read the comments:
