This episode opened new chapter in this serial. Initially,when Gaiti’s mother asked Kiran to sit and act as if she is Gaiti and she was apparently wed locked to Arsal,I thought that none of them are wed locked to Arsal according to Shariaah.But this episode gave a twist to this drama serial.
As expected, it was Gaiti’s dream that her father shoot himself after becoming aware of everything.And as soon as she woke up, she was a bit relieved and a bit tensed.Relieved because it was her dream and sad because she can never narrate the reality to her father.
Gaiti asked Arsal about Nikah and like every sensible gentle man, Arsalan searched everything related to ambiguity told by Gaiti. As he knew half truth, he declared that they are wed locked according to Islamic norms and bride’s silence is considered as signal of agreement from her side.
Arsal asked Gaiti to relax but who knows what is going inside Gaiti.Every single second pinches her from inside,her eternal soul shouts every moment to tell this world that this not fair and is not according to Islamic teachings but then as soon as she look upon the culture she is living in, she convince herself to stay quiet.
Gaiti and her mother lied to her father that they are going to saloon. They visited a religious scholar instead. And his explanation made me a bit sad.He told them that Gaiti wasnt there at time of Nikah so her Nikah with Arsal wasnt possible at all.Kiran was sitting at her place and she was the one who agreed to get wedlocked so she is Arsal’s wife according to Deen. And then, Gaiti and her mother were not in their senses.What will be Gaiti’s future? A question mark,indeed.
Gaiti and Kiran relation is going nowhere. The way Kiran said I miss you Gaiti said it all.Gaiti loves her sister and so does her sister,Kiran. But from one month everything went upside down. Gaiti and Kiran ended up into serious rivalry.
I really like Gaiti’s father concern for his daughters always.The way he cares,the way he ask them for anything if they want and every single aspect that engage him with his daughters takes me to another world.Its because fathers of nowadays dont have time for their children(not all obviously). Despite of his strict nature,he asked Kiran that she can invite as many friends of her as she want on Gaiti’s wedding.
Preview of next episode shows that Gaiti will get married to Arsal and this Nikah thing will remain secret till next episode. Whether Gaiti be able to live with this harsh reality of her life or not?What will be reaction of Arsal after knowing everything.
On serious note, I had no expectations from today’s episode but I enjoyed watching it this time.I got tired of roti dhoti Gaiti but today I saw her smiling. How refreshing.
Arsal is now realizing that his efforts are of no use, Gaiti will get comfortable with him with the passage of time.
It was so predictable that Gaiti won’t be able to utter a single word in front of Arsal when she called him while he was in office. I found Arsal so keen to listen what Gaiti wants to say and I was cent percent sure that he would have never applied those strict rules to his wife (if she told him the reality) which were ironically told by him to his employer.
Gaiti,by nature, is loving and easy-going girl but her life took such a fierce turn that she had to become rigid and stiff for Arsal though she had feelings for Arsal right from their first meeting. Gaiti loves to have chit chat with Salaar, she feels satisfied after getting loads of prayers from Daado and what not. Arsal knows that Gaiti is not finding it easy to get herself emotionally attached to him but he cannot help to stop praising Gaiti all the time.
Aliya and her mother’s discussion about Gaiti and her mother’s meeting was fun to watch. At one side, mother was asking Alya to not indulge into Gaiti’s matters and at another side she was keen to know minutest detail of the meeting she had with her mother. How typical of her. By the way, Alya proved her cheapness and envy for Gaiti by creating a story of her own that Gaiti and her mother are planning for Salaar and Kiran’s wedding.
Now coming towards the serious part where Gaiti’s yelling was heard by Kiran; I was kind of surprised by her reaction to the situation. She neither seemed happy nor was she sad. It was,without any doubt,a shock for her and she has developed a sense of enmity and hatred for her mother as soon as she came to knew that it was merely her mother’s fault. In spite of knowing everything, she did not take any serious step, instead, she remained quiet and asked Gaiti to Let-it-go.
I have now started enjoying Gaiti’s father harsh attitude; Just tell me one thing which makes him happy ..I mean har cheez sai he masla. He really needs help man. :P
That call on Alya’s phone sounded fishy to me. Is she still in contact with her ex-husband or her divorce was just a drama to create hype and fuss. Whatever the reason maybe, it will be unfolded in upcoming episodes soon.
Rishtey Kuch Adhoorai Sai has to eradicate the Adhoorapan now and needs a strong twist in story otherwise I am afraid, it will lose its few remaining followers too.
This serial is becoming dull and boring with every passing episode. Honestly speaking, there was not a single point which drew my attention and made me attentive towards today’s episode. I was literally yawning while watching it and on serious note, I was enjoying commercial breaks more than this show today.
Gaiti visited her mother to get rid of tension she faced throughout the night. In the meanwhile,Arsal came to a conclusion that prime reason of Gaiti’s hesitation towards Arsal is because of Nikah issue that she told him. He is aware of half-truth that Gaiti is confused whether she is wed-locked to Arsal or not. And to get rid of this issue, Arsal decided to go to a Mufti alongwith Gaiti but Gaiti refused to go as she knew that two sisters cant be wed-locked to same man at a time.
Kiran is living in her own fantasy world and expecting that some magic will reverse the situation and Arsal will be all hers.Though, Arsal is Kiran’s husband (according to the Fatwa generated in this serial),still Kiran is unaware of the fact.I can bet my life on that the day she will come to know about ugly truth, she will no longer stay away from Arsal.
Arsal’s brother is taking interest in Kiran but Kiran has completely fallen for Arsal.Aliya’s attitude is beyond my understanding level. She should have became normal with Gaiti till now but she is moving with high speed in reverse direction.
On daadi’s advice, Arsal took a positive step and tried to ease up Gaiti by asking her that they will be friends from now on and he wont ask anything from Gaiti till she herself will be comfortable and ready to tell him. At that time, I was pretty sure that Gaiti’s heart will melt and she will shake hand with Arsal but what happened was beyond my and Arsal’s expectation.. :P .
All they are doing is just slowly dragging this show and forcing us to stop watching it. Credit of this worst aura goes to poor direction and failure of production house. Knowing the fact that the issue that has been arose in this serial is too sensitive to handle and even to talk about, they should have done proper research and should have added some side tracks in the show too. With these silly discussions all the time, viewers get irritated and frustrated to their worst. If there will be a side track, there will be some attraction in serial and viewers would be able to bear this unsolved enigma.

I ,usually, find Sundays so boring as there is nothing to watch on tv.There was not even a single drama serial that was liked by me in the recent past.But I am glad to announce that Hum tv has finally started a drama serial Rishtey Kuch Adhoorai Se after Humnasheen and I can say that my sundays wont be boring anymore.
Story of this drama serial shows various shades of life. Geeti (Sohai Abro) and Kiran (Yumna Zaidi) are daughters of a father whose rules and regulations are everything for him.His rules and regulations somehow made him a very strict and typical type of husband yet, he is a very nice and understanding father.His wife (Irsa Ghazal), is a lovely lady whose hidden talent ,singing, was left far behind because of his husband’s rude and strict attitude.
The elder one, Geeti, is a shadow of her mother where as the younger one,Kiran,is a stubborn and pampered girl like any other younger child in a family.From her mother, Geeti inherited talent of singing and sole purpose of her life seems to be “A meeting with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan”.Sohai Ali has done complete justice to her role and finally after a long time I have seen “Smiling Sohai” in this serial. Her character is completely complimenting her personality and I love every time I watch that light chit-chat between two sisters.
Geeti goes to a cousin’s wedding where she sings a beautiful song and that was the first time when Arsalan saw her and falls for her completely.
Arsalan comes from a very nice elite family and his overall personality was shown well balanced in the serial. The actor,Ali Rehman , is making is debut in this serial and I want to add up an applause for him in my review.His acting skills are commendable and he sounds as if acting is not taking any efforts from him.
Arsalan’s mother was worried for his marriage but every time his mother shows him some pictures or talk about some girls, he hates it. But after meeting Geeti,he was all hers and her mother’s mental torture finally came to an end.Arsalan’s sister , played by Arjumand, is assigned with a grey shade character. Her sister in law is interested in Arsalan but Arsalan said a big NO to her sister for this purposal and like typical In laws, they are unable to digest a rejection from them and finally Arsalan’s sister was thrown out of her house. By the way, I am pretty sure that she wont be a good nand of Geeti as she was initially worried for her brother Arsalan’s marriage and now after Arsalan has chosen the girl, she has started to act like typical mohallai waali aunties.. :P
Talking about, Arsalan and his family visit at Geeti’s place, I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The expressions of both , Arsalan and Geeti, were flawless and perfect. The way Arsalan presented tea to Geeti and Geeti,acting like pure eastern lady,ran away ,stole the limelight of episode.
Even the overall aura created by director and performed by Geeti ,when Arsalan and his family leaves, was mesmerizing. Smile on Geeti’s face, her expressions and her way of talking said it all that she liked Arsalan.

Rishi Kapoor is a veteran Bollywood actor who has been serving the entertainment industry for over four decades. He has been suffering from serious illness that kept him away from the industry for quite a while and he when to New York for its treatment. It was lately that the actor returned with a full flash health aiming to restart his acting with the projects, already lined up for him
However, it was just recently that the news of his illness broke out on the internet and was a shock for his family. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were shooting for their film when the news broke out and they had to run back to him. It was in the first week of February that he was first taken to the hospital after which he was discharged. Rishi also gave a press statement saying that he is absolutely fine and it is only the pollution of the city that is the reason of his illness.
As per the authentic reports, he is again admitted in the hospital and this time, it is really serious. He family is pretty much concerned about him as his unacceptability to his disease is hindering his treatment. One of the sources near to his family said:
“He’s just being stubborn. This is adding to the family’s growing anxiety. Before a treatment procedural is decided on, he must accept that he’s unwell. Unfortunately, like the first time when the disease struck, he is not willing to accept the truth.”

Rishi Kapoor died on 30 April 2020 leaving the world with his family mourning over their loss. Rishi Kapoor has been fighting a battle with leukemia for 2 years and was admitted in hospital in Wednesday after his health deteriorated. And on Thursday he left the world.
Now when a few days to Rishi Kapoor’s demise have passed his wife Neetu Kapoor took Instagram to share a message with their fans. In her message instead of showing any emotional side or trauma Neetu showed gratitude. Neeti expressed gratitude towards the doctor of HN Hospital.
Neetu wrote:”As a family we have a deep sense of loss.. when we sit together and look back at the past few months what we also feel is immense gratitude – gratitude towards the doctors at HN reliance hospital!
The whole team of doctors, brothers and nurses headed by Dr Tarang Gianchandani treated my husband like he was their own – they advised us like we were their own.. and for all that and more I thank them from the bottom of my heart.”

Veteran Bollywood actor, Rishi Kapoor, passed away today after battling cancer for two years. The actor had been admitted to the hospital on Wednesday morning complaining of difficulty in breathing. Rishi Kapoor, known as Bollywood’s original chocolate hero was 67 years of age.

A while ago, I wrote an article about common scenarios/clichés being played to death in most dramas. Recently, I totally went off Pakistani dramas. Save one or two, I stopped watching them. The same old stories, negative characters, scenarios, etc put me off for some reason. Tuned into more English TV shows and struggled to find good online links. Netflix skimmed. Amazon Prime skimmed. Soul searching to find some hidden talent I may have that was rearing to be recognized and nurtured – nada. Like the prodigal daughter, I returned to where it all began – Pakistani dramas. I binge watched a few, viewed the odd episode or two of a few others, watched the OST and promos of yet a few more and was (pleasantly/unpleasantly) surprised. For lo and behold – new ideas! Where I had moaned over the lack of new ideas, here there were quite a few new ones all being presented in a few dramas at the same time. However, the question that sprung to mind was – were we better off without these ‘fresh ideas’?
So, here is what I found to be common in quite a few dramas. In no particular order (yes, I watched too many episodes of The Voice, I guess!)
Hero born with silver spoon in his mouth. Except, when he falls in love and parents do not approve of lady love – he throws out the silver spoon to be with the love of his life. Only, a little while later he comes crawling back to find the silver spoon and put it back in his mouth. So to speak. The spineless male lead is present in the form of Imran in Kuch Na Kaho, Umair in Tere Bina and Daniyal in Tumharay Hain. These men were quite convincing when declaring their love but as reality sinks in, paisa wins over love.
The heroine ready to elope at the drop of a hat. Granted, there are plenty of tears pre and post running away but in all the three dramas above the ladies in question leave their families behind with the hope of a new life with their husbands – only to be left stranded.
The desperate/psycho or borderline psycho male lead. So, for some reason the drama writers felt that the audience ‘loved’ the desperate female characters who cry,rage,scream,scheme to ensnare the man who very obviously wants nothing to do with them. So, they thought – ah, a spinoff! Let us introduce the rejected/crazily obsessed male character. Some even resorting to physical abuse. Salim Mairaj’s character in Tere Bina, Ali Abbas’ character in Khaali Haath, Sami Khan in Rasm e Duniya, Faisal Qureshi in Parsai and the drama which had a plethora of disturbing scenes in almost a hundred episode promos – Piya Bedardi. I do not follow Piya Bedardi or Khaali Haath as they fall in the category of following OSTs and episode promos that I highlighted above so correct me if I am wrong but that is sure the impression these characters give. Their scenes and madness certainly can not be termed as love!
Super weird drama titles. Kambakht Tano. Seriously? Let me guess. Tano who is deemed as manhoos. Close? No prizes there for guessing! Bechari Mehrunissa. Bholi Bano. Meri Saheli Meri Bhabhi – or was it Meri Bhabhi Meri Saheli? Who comes up with these titles? And for what kind of audience? I have two bhabhis – I love them but I do not look at this title and think aww, let’s bingewatch with the bhabhis!
Shrieking Mums. Okay, so I get it. I say in a normal tone, dinner is ready. And nobody responds. I yell, dinner is on the table, not running a restaurant here, blah blah. Everyone appears. So, yes raising your voice a few decibels sometimes – understood. But yelling, screaming and shrieking when everyone is within an arm’s length and has your full attention in the first place!! Arrrgh! Not sure who can walk away with that title here – Shaheen Khan in Muqabil or Isra Ghazal in Andaz e Sitam. Or both!
Talaaq dhamki to aging mother. So, there was the ever looming threat of divorce or actual divorce in the main lead couple. Or their siblings. Or their friends. A step ahead – extend divorce to the mum of the bhaaghi son to tame him. Ye Chahatein Ye Shiddatein, Kuch Na Kaho and Faltu Larki are the dramas that come to mind.
Blinding and dizzying direction. Okay, so this is something that came up recently in dramas such as Mera Yaar Miladay and Socha Na Tha (ARY Zindagi). While it is not a drama scenario, yet it is hard to skip past how the bright lights and the way the camera jiggles with uncomfortable close ups (I think there was one of a fruit bowl in Socha Na Tha) make me blink. It may appeal to some, but does not to me. Andaz e Sitam and Muqabil can be added to the list too where in Muqabil I can even figure out how the make up has been caked on some characters. Weird!
The housekeeper. It is amazing how the female character swoops in and has the whole household and events running with perfection while everyone praises her. I mean, seriously, bahu/beti chahyay ya housekeeper? Because if it is a housekeeper that was lacking then with Downton Abbey over, I am sure Mr. Carson and Mrs. Hughes will be looking for a job and will do a commendable one at that. A woman taking care of her in laws and family etc is all good – but it is just how everyone is so amazed by this sweet, beautiful woman who flits from each corner of the house, taking care of everything. The younger brother’s wife in Titli, Hania’s character in Phir Wohi Muhabbat, Pakeezah in Tere Bina, to name a few.
Last but not least – the suitcase! While this is not a new one, rather it is a scenario that pops up in every other drama since time immemorial – I could not resist bringing it up for it is one of my favorites. The suitcase that is empty and ready at hand to be packed when the female announces she is leaving – and the packing which is done in minutes. Seconds. While I struggle to find one empty suitcase to pack (not accompanied by threats of leaving home, haha but for whenever we travel) and then make list upon list with the master list stuck on the front door – these women are packed, suitcases zipped and out the door in seconds. Wah!
On a positive note, yes quite a few dramas are on air or going on air that deal with different ideas and issues. Udaari, Sammi, Pinjra, Muqabil and Khuda Mera Bhi Hai to name a few. But I am in a silly mood and just wanted to share my thoughts on the fresh ideas floating on air (quite literally) and would love to hear yours too
Momina Iqbal is one of the top actresses of the Pakistani drama industry. She has been in the news for her legal case against Saqib Chadhar. Her sister and lawyer Rimsha Iqbal came in as her rescue and biggest supporter and she has been standing by her sister since the start of the case. Rimsha sat down for an interview with Wasi Shah and revealed some realities about her life and profession.
Rimsha Iqbal spoke about the happiest moment of her life and it is related to her sister Momina Iqbal. Her sister Momina’s Nikkah is when she was the happiest. She revealed that she was also a part of choosing a life partner for her sister and on the day of her Nikkah she was feeling elated.
She added that Momina Iqbal has been like a parent to her after their own parents. Momina has always been here for her and thus she wanted that Momina gets the best man ever. Hamza Malik, Momina’s husband, is nothing short of a prince and he is who she wanted as a life partner for her sister. Their union brought her immense happiness and she always prays for her sister’s well-being.

Momina Iqbal is one of the biggest stars of the Pakistani drama industry. Her sister Rimsha Iqbal came into the limelight when she stood steadfast infront of her sister during her controversy with PMLN MPA Saqib Chadhar. Rimsha recently appeared on a podcast and shared dark side of her sister’s stardom.
Momina Iqbal lost her father some time back in a tragic manner. It was sudden heart failure and she still misses her father very much. Rimsha revealed how her sister was treated while her father’s body was lying there.
Momina Iqbal took her father to the hospital. The staff suddenly came and all the doctors were asking her if she was Momina. They did not even attend their father rightly and medical negligence got involved as they were all looking at Momina as a star and not as a patient’s attendant.
Momina also wrote a few words on this revelation. She said that she has been through a lot in her life due to the limelight that she had. Her profession became a punishment for her loved ones but she trusts Allah and knows He will provide justice. This is what she said:
Pakistani dramas are generally watched all over the world and they receive a lot of love from the audience but they can be highly regressive and ridiculous when they want to be. One more thing that is destroying Pakistani story telling is repeat usage of the same formula to get views. Sometimes we see sisters fighting over a man and this time around we have families with multiple daughters and their parents dying to marry them off some how. The formula worked in Betiyaan on ARY and now we have Mere Damad on Hum TV with a vivacious actress like Shagufta Ijaz who has also been shown as a great independent professional dying to get rid of her daughters.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa directorate of culture is working to revive live theater once again in order to promote peace and educate people regarding the social issues.
While talking to Dawn Images, the officials have reported that the theatrical activities will soon be revived. Young live performing artists would be selected through a media advertisement and seasoned theater actors would be hired to impart training to them.
Ajab Gul, a famous film actor is optimistic about the project. He has also shared his opinion over it while speaking to Dawn Images.
He said, “I offer my services to contribute to the said project. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has no dearth of talent. Before launching live theatre, it is also important to start teaching ‘art’ as subject at our colleges and universities.”
According to the culture deputy director, Shahbaz Khan, government has approved some important projects that would be executed next month. Some of the important projects are: creative entrepreneurs, two- day seminar on intangible cultural folk heritage, revival of glazed pottery and more. He also said that some units, associated to the project have already started working now. Research and documentation unit has started collecting important data on artists, poets, writers, artisans, scholars and academics. An online multilingual magazine, ‘Yoon’ has been launched by the language and literature unit. The e-magazine has already earned appreciation from the online readers.
Officials have also reported that an art academy, library and art gallery are also the part of this project.

Since my last review I had decided to do a self court martial this time round. So ladies and gentlemen let’s start.
I kid a lot/bohat bongiyan marta hoon mein
Oxford Dictionary does not provide a definition of bongi or bongiyan so you’d have to rely on my definition (Ok I am not exactly an Englishman but no harm in trying) a bongi is something containing nonsense which annoys people and has no real meaning or substance. Phew! So much English in one go, let me breath! Sorry, bongi once again. You know I cannot do away with these bongis (bolay baghair raha na jaye!) But on a serious note, I just try to spice up the goings by adding a little humour only to make my readers smile and enjoy my review. It’s also part of my efforts to make people see the lighter side of things what with so much seriousness already being showcased on our TV Screens. And it might be new for you people but nowhere did I read that a review has to be dead-serious only. We joke and laugh about plays we love as well.
My reviews are superficial/lack depth (kitnay meters yeh kisi ne naheen bataya!)
It could very well be true. I admit I am a thick headed person aur dimagh pe zor deney ke liye sir pe weights bhee naheen rakhta mein,to kiya karoon! I present to you my analysis as an ordinary viewer. There could be viewers who understand or analyze the play more than me, I excuse myself from them. Just consider me a less mortal than you. But I can make a humble effort on character analysis which I am presenting here.
Ali: A person who has a rough exterior but a soft side inside, this we saw today when he punished his son first then went on to say sorry when the kid was sleeping and didn’t want to mention it to Sania. He’s also one who cannot take pressure. When under pressure, he starts blaming others around him including his wife. He is totally devoted to his mother, maybe she raised him single handedly or it’s due to other reasons but as of now we don’t know the real reason.
Sania: Sania is a lively fun loving person but life doesn’t give her enough opportunities to enjoy or show her capabilities. Is this Sania’s nature to be docile or maybe it’s her background. As of know we don’t even know the circumstances which made her marry Ali after her engagement with Ehtesham was called off. Maybe her mother-in-law knows this and might use it at some later time but we do not know. She is also caring for the feelings of others and can stand up for her son.
Sania’s mother-in-law: She is an attention seeker and cannot bear to have attention drawn from her on any instance. Whenever she sees even the remotest chance of this happening, she creates a scene and mostly she uses her son without knowing that. Maybe she is not happy so she cannot see others happy either and in the process she doesn’t even spare her grandson.
Sehrish: Sehrish is a sweet person, she gets attached to others easily and can go to any length for them. She can behave like a child at times and is a bahu and wife anyone would wish for. She is also possessive about her husband and keeps track of him, that showed when she got up immediately when she saw Ehtesham going out of the room to call someone. It could come to play once she starts suspecting him later in the play.
Ehtesham: He is totally devoted towards his wife Sehrish, he loves her more than she loves him and can fight with the world for her. He is also a simpleton and cannot see through people.
Hope it satisfies you people,ub bhee naheen hue ap satisfy to paisay wapis kar deta hoon J This is my humble character analysis which could very well be wrong. Again, the characters keep on evolving so too much character analysis or guessing is not good (again my opinion).
I don’t love the play/find faults with it
Lagta hai ap logon kee amee ne ap ko kabhee naheen kaha ‘yeh shirt change karo, achee naheen lag rahee’ or ‘Jaa k bal katwao ta k insan lago’. It doesn’t mean your mother doesn’t love you, on the contrary we want our loved ones to be flawless. That’s why we keep on pointing their flaws to them, same is the case with me. I love this drama that’s why I took up reviewing it. I like it, find it realistic and relatable and cute on so many levels. Ub mein electricity pole pe charh k to prove karnay se raha that I love this play and the minor glitches I point out stem out of my love and attention for this play. Phir bhee kisi ko shakk hai to koi bat naheen, dramay ka nam bhee shakk hee hai. Let’s follow the spirit of the play J
Ok, enough court martial. We can now discuss today’s episode a bit along with my quite less of my characteristic bongiyan that you people are fed up with.
Today’s episode was again fast paced like Fast & Furious. It showed that Ehtesham’s sister Zara wants her mother to come back and take care of her special child. Although Ehtesham and more than Ehtesham, Sehrish does not want her to go, she still decides to go but not without lecturing Ehtesham about taking good care of Sehrish during her pregnancy. Here we also get a clue about a future event when Sehrish says what if something happens to her in the absence of her mother-in-law and she admonishes her on saying such things. Ali is also settling in, he is having a meeting with some place regarding set up of his business at his house (of all the places!) and in the middle his mother throws a tantrum that she’s not been fed her fruits, Ali calls up Sania to give fruits to his mother, she goes and during this time, Roomi messes up Ali’s papers (pakka nishana hai bachchay ka). Ali punishes him by making him stand outside the door, Roomi runs to his favourite spot, Sehrish’s house. Sehrish and Ehtesham are away to drop Ehtesham’s mother to airport so Roomi forces his way inside. His parents are worried and in his worry and tense state Ali is even on the verge of picking up a fight with Roomi. Later on, Roomi is found dancing in Sehrish’s bedroom and is taken away. Ali says sorry to Roomi while he is sleeping and even tries to talk to Ehtesham on which the episode ends.
The good thing about this episode was that we didn’t get to see the most irritating couple on earth Maham & Atif. Looks like Allah Mian listened to us and enslaved them in a cave on top of Mount Everest (just hope us cave ka darwaza koi na khol de warna merey sir mein jitney bal reh gaye hain who khenchnay se gaye!). The kid’s dancing scene was also cute (aww as the girls say!). The only glitch was that it was very easy to get into Sehrish’s house. This house must be a heaven for thieves! Let’s see where do we go from here. Do comment on the review, is se rating achee atee hai (as the TV channels people say!) And don’t worry I will make up for less bongiyan in this week’s review in next week’s one. Aj mein zara senti ho gaya tha!
Sinead O Connor also known as Shuhada Sadaqat was an Irish singer who catapulted to the peak of fame in the 1990s as her music hit the floors. She is considered among the very talented artists of her era and she has given memorable music throughout her career. Sinead O Connor reverted to Islam in the year 2018 as she realized that Islam is the true religion and she changed her name to Shuhada Sadaqat.
She is also known for being very vocal about her political and religious beliefs. Sinead O Connor recently went through a very deep tragedy as she lost her young 17 year old son to suicide. She was in London when the news of a 56 year old woman collapsed at her residence was given to the police. They arrived to Sinead’s place who had sadly passed away.
Sinead was very vocal about her Muslim identity and she has stated several times that she does not care if few people start hating her for her religious beliefs. She started wearing a Hijab after she accepted Islam.

Revenge (بدل) of the Worthless is an Urdu film based on the events of 2009 Swat insurgency.
The music of the film comprises of five songs and its music is composed by Mehdi Raza. Four of the film songs are in Pashto, while one song is based on the classical raga of Indian classical music.
Revenge (بدل) of the Worthless is an Urdu film based on the events of 2009 Swat insurgency. Seasoned artist Firdose Jamal is playing the role of Sufi Muhammad a local political figure of Swat and Ayub Khoso is playing the role of a Taliban leader who leads the terrorist activities under his banned organization Tehreek Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
The film depicts a brutally disfigured cultural narrative of a land with the enviable cultural heritage highlighting the heroic struggle of a few unsung heroes during 2009 Swat Insurgency.
Jamal Shah plays the lead, Zarak Khan, whose wife and two daughters refuse to leave their ancestral home. They decide to fight the invaders, along with their household staff. Tragedy leads to the end of Zarak Khan, three servants, and one daughter
Jamal Shah who also directed the film is also playing an important role as the head of the family which stood against the terrorism of TTP. Famous artist Noor Bukhari has a cameo appearance in the film.
The film was due to release on 15th January 2016 and before that scheduled to release in May 2015 but delayed both times due to different reasons. The film is shot in scenic Swat valley.

Ehd-e-Wafa drama is going on trending these days. Weekends are more exciting now as crazy fans wait for the whole week to pass by to watch their favorite drama that gets aired on the television screen.
Saad, Shahzain, Shariq, and Shehreyar are a great example of true friendship. They fought with or against each other, misunderstandings were created, revenge is considered the only solution to every problem.
Saad and Shahzain were best friends during the beginning, but then, unfortunately, things got out of hand. A huge misunderstanding separated two loyal friends, and the urge for revenge was high. Shahzain was not ready to clarify himself while Saad wasn’t ready to hear anything.

The action movie directed by Bilal Lashari won the most awards in the recently held ARY Film Awards. The film won numerous awards in the technical category, Bilal Lashari won the award for best director (Jury Choice), Shamoon Abbasi won in the best villian category, Hamza Ali Abbasi won the best male supporting actor (viewer’s choice), Meesha Shafi won the award for best female supporting actor, and the film itself got the best film award.
Mein Hoon Shahid Afridi also got many awards. It got three technical awards. Hamayun Saeed bagged the award of best male actor (Jury’s choice) and Hamza Ali Abbasi got the best male debut award (viewer’s choice). The film also got the award for best music.

Yesterday a video of Cafe Cannoli Islamabad spread like a wildfire on the internet. Two women who are the owners of the cafe humiliated the manager (Awais) for his incapability of speaking English. The video was everywhere, there are memes on the internet regarding the video. Our celebrities also jumped on the bandwagon and slammed the ladies (Diya and Uzma) for their hideous act. Cafe Cannoli also issues an apology letter on their official Instagram account and stated that it was just a banter and the public took it way more seriously.
All the nation’s sympathies suddenly went along with the manager Awais. He was also interviewed and said: “They just asked me casually that Awais today is your interview, I gave the interview because the owners asked me to, neither they nor I had any idea that it will create this much issue” Awais continued “I want to thank all those who raised their voice for me and also for Urdu which is our language”
