Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza Sultan’s maintenance & custody cases are pending in the court after their divorce. The hearing of the maintenance case was held on November 1st, 2022. Aliza’s brother and Feroze and Aliza’s lawyers spoke to the media in detail after court hearing.
Syeda Aliza Sultan’s lawyer refuted the claims of Feroze Khan’s lawyers about submitting fake documents in court, he said, “I’m barrister Qaim Shah, I am Aliza’s lawyer, today, we came here on maintenance case hearing in which Feroze Khan didn’t appear and has sent a written statement which is ineffective as per law, the court has return his written reply, there has been no maintenance for 2.5 month, as per Islamic law, the father is solely responsible of maintenance of his kids. We filed documents and images in last hearing as the reply and proof of the allegations by Feroze on Aliza that she has defamed him, we submitted document as a proof of Aliza’s Instagram post. The documents are 100% authentic and all the reports and medical documents are 100% real. They can go and check the documents in hospital, even they can check MLO’s document which was true. Feroze Khan’s lawyer also spoke to media, he said, “I urge public and actors not to pass any judgement”. He further said that the reporters saw the whole court’s proceeding, we request everyone to stop doing campaign on social media until the truth comes out.
Feroze’s lawyer said, “Today, I told you that truth wins, they (Aliza’s family) misguided the court and Aliza never came up with any applications. Aliza’s lawyer submitted unsigned drafts in the court, which are prohibited in court. There can be further arguments on the draft. We can do arguments but we will not do because she’s mother of minors, public should wait for the truth to come out then they should speak. Feroze Khan’s lawyer is also complaining with fellow actors of Feroze Khan who spoke against him. As soon as I logged into my Facebook account, I came across this video and was shocked to see that a female model fell on ramp. Now you people must be thinking that whats with it, Reema also fell on ramp. But after seeing this video, I thought that how gracefully Reema handled when her shoe heel broke; Even after that, she completed her whole round on ramp and walked back confidently. Ever since I started watching Pakistani dramas, I hardly came across any such drama in which a lady is not madly in love or should I say highly obsessed with a guy and mostly the guy is her ‘cousin’. My question is that does love make you so worthless that you forget the meaning of rarely portrayed word nowadays called ‘self respect’? How come they never pay heed to the fact that getting married to the guy of your dreams is not the last thing to do on this planet? And mostly the person behind all these high expectations is the mother of the girl who can do anything to make her sister’s or brother’s son her son-in-law as if he is the only guy left on this planet who can marry her daughter, otherwise she’ll be left spinster. That is still bearable as long as they don’t start playing cheap tricks to get their purpose. We often see that the guy gets married to ‘not-the-choice-of-his-family’ and then the actual game begins where in laws particularly the mother never misses an opportunity to show the girl her right place. What a productive act to do! Never mind, what else can we expect from the least tolerant and jealous mother-in-law? This topic is done to death and still the favorite choice of makers since it gets high TRPs. There is a list of those dramas in which women are shown highly desperate, brushing their dignity under carpet and showcasing themselves despite getting rejected and knowing the zero interest level of the guy in them. Why is it so? Being a girl, it bothers me how my gender is shown purposeless and worthless.

Sara in Humsafar:
Despite being a ‘Hit’ drama and the favorite of all, Humsafar does have some clichéd parts to its credit and i-e, a desperate girl day dreaming of the hero despite knowing that ‘Asher ne usko us nazar se kabhi nahin dekha’ LOL. Sara was educated, beautiful, had a sound background and above all had many proposals as highlighted in the drama but we found her screaming ‘Asher mera hai’, as if she bought him from the market. Two mothers were behind this entire self created obsession as they kept injecting into her that one day she’ll get married to Asher. But that day never came and she lost her life committing suicide. Seriously? Getting Asher was the sole purpose of that educated working woman? She could do much better with her life but the whole story revolved around the obsession she had. The drama was a hit but had a typical story.
The world advances in every way with every passing year but not all of these changes are always good. Plastic surgery is one such advancement which was invented for more useful purposes but then the field of cosmetic surgery was introduced which meant that surgery of this kind was not only for people who were in dire need of it but people who wanted to change their facial features for cosmetic purposes could also put this new advancement to use.
There was a time when Pakistani female celebrities only relied on make-up to change their looks. Make-up is temporary but cosmetic surgery is either permanent or sometimes it takes time to wear off. This is why many of our female celebrities keep on looking different. Sometimes they look completely different from their original face and at other times they start looking more like themselves.
When you look at all these pictures you will observe one thing, some of these celebrities may look younger than before but by getting cosmetic surgery done they have lost their natural looks and they have lost the innocence which was on their face before the surgery. Cosmetic surgery gives you a certain kind of expressions on your face which is why many of you can see that after surgery these celebrities’ eyes look more wide and their face has lost all its natural lines which gives them a very alert look. This is why they do not look natural but like plastic dolls with the same expressions.

Every time I feel sad I try and gather myself up as soon as I can, although it is not easy but the following things that I am listing below help. It would be very nice of you to take out some time and go through what I have to say.
When you are feeling depressed, tell yourself tomorrow is another day.Yes this is the first trick in the book for me, no matter how wrong things are today, there is always tomorrow to look forward to. I remember when I was a little girl I used to love the song “tomorrow tomorrow I love you tomorrow because you are always a day away”. It made perfect sense to me then and it still makes perfect sense to me now. No matter how tough life is today and how sad you may feel tomorrow is going to be a brand new day which will give you the energy and strength to start afresh.
Count your blessings. We hardly ever sit down to count our blessings on daily basis, in our hearts we are all thankful that all is going well for us but how many of us actually sit down to think about the things that we should be thankful for. Next time you feel dejected, sad, despondent, low-spirited or downcast do try and count your blessings. I am not in the favor of comparing oneself with others but sometimes it does help. Compare yourself to those who are less privileged, the people who have to work day and night for bread and butter or those around you who are not as blessed as you are. It will definitely make you feel a lot better and maybe a little grateful too.
Think of days that were worse than the one you are having today.Yes comparison again, when you think things could not get any worse and you can’t find a way out of things then think of the days when you had more problems. This way you will realize your strength and also understand that all bad days end and there are good times ahead.
Read something inspirational. I always read inspirational quotations or a short novel that will motivate me to look ahead and get over the sadness. Simple quotations like “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened” make me feel good very quickly.
Talk to someone you can pour your heart out to. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a sibling, parent or a friend whom they can confide in or are so close to that they do not have to think twice before sharing with them how they feel. But if you have someone like that in your life, you are very lucky and I suggest you make the most of it. Talk to that person, get it out of your system and you are sure to feel better.
Write down how you feel.If you have no one talk to, write the way you feel or anything you want to on a piece of paper. Sometime writing your thoughts down can actually give you solution to your problems and if nothing else it gives you a chance to vent out.
If you have kids around you, spend some time with them.Spending time with children can be very therapeutic sometimes because you don’t expect anything from them and they give you a reason to smile.
Get out of the house and be around people who you know love you. When one is felling sad, you don’t usually want to go out but if you push yourself and go out and be with people who are closest to you, you will get some positive energy from them that will help. You don’t have to share how you feel but all you need to do is to be around them.

Lately been discussed on social media and on reviewit.pk, designer Feeha Jamshed is no more a single now. We did share her Mehndi pictures where we saw her good friends like Mahira Khan and Ayesha Omer showing their love and support to their friend and again it was her wedding ceremony where her showbiz friends made their way to contribute their wishes in her about-to-start new life.

The FBR statement said taxpayers are allowed to file returns even after the extended date and taxpayers should file their tax returns as soon as possible.
According to the FBR statement, those who file late returns will be penalized accordingly and those who do not file tax returns will be prosecuted as per the law.
Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has reportedly summoned actor Saba Qamar on May 16 for evasion of taxes.
The FBR has reportedly sent a notice to the actor to explain a discrepancy in her filed income taxes. The actor’s income taxes filed for the year 2014-2015 are being audited, as reported by a source.
The source also added,
“Saba Qamar’s filed income taxes do not match her lifestyle. Further investigation will be conducted on details presented by the actor and then her income taxes filed for the years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 will also be audited,”
However, Saba Qamar denied receiving any notice from the FBR.
“I have not received any notice. This happens every year and I am used to it by now.”
In September last year, a notification from the FBR stated that Saba Qamar had been found to be a tax evader. The FBR had stated Qamar had defaulted on tax worth Rs3.4 million.
It was also reported that the board had sealed the actor’s house as she did not respond to notices.
However, the starlet had dismissed the reports saying,
“My house has not been sealed, neither has my bank account. I’m a tax filer. It’s very disappointing that channels are circulating such news without finding out the truth. These channels have no credibility as they have been spreading such rumours.”
FBR has sent notice to Famous singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
Previously, FBR sent the notice to Atif Aslam who didn’t pay his tax of Rupees 58 million on his assets.
The Federal Board of Revenue has now sent another notice to yet another big celebrity. Yes, singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was inquired about his secret properties by FBR previously as well , after full investigations.
The FBR sent notice in connection with his secret bank accounts . According to FBR sources, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has been directed to submit reply within 24 hours that is by January 15 . After the initial notice, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan could not satisfy the FBR regarding his assets and property.

sources, a deadline has been sent for re-submission of reply regarding secret bank accounts. The intelligence Inland Revenue team had traced the secret accounts of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

According to FBR sources, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s secret accounts did not disclose the secret assets in his bank statements. Now a days FBR is sending notices to all the people who haven’t either declared their properties or haven’t paid the taxes.
Despite repeated requests from traders, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) refused to extend the date for filing tax returns.
A spokesman for the FBR said all commercial banks would be open to taxpayers until 9pm on 8th December.
All FBR field offices will also be open to taxpayers until 10 p.m.
The spokesman said taxpayers can also file online income tax returns by 12 midnight.
8th December was the last date for submission of tax returns and only 1.3 million returns have been submitted.
The country’s business community and tax experts are asking the government to extend the filing date, but the board’s message is that no further extensions will be granted.
President Karachi Chamber has written a letter to the Prime Minister to extend the date of the statement instead of the Chairman FBR.
While the last date to file income tax returns is 30 November, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has also issued income tax notices of worth millions to leading singers. As per news reports Rahat Fateh Ali has been sent a notice of 300 million (30 crore). Ali Zafar is asked to pay 210 million (21 crore). Atif Aslam is also served with a notice of 170 million (17 crore).
All these singers are earning in millions, they demand millions for one concert. Atif Aslam charge 3.5 to 4 million for one show and total amount is paid in advance. Rahat Fateh Ali charge 3.5 to 4 million for one show and 10 million for any show abroad.

World’s renowned educational institute ‘Oxford University’ awarded him a Doctorate degree, “doctor of music” in recognition of his prestigious work. Renowned singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan seems to be under the watch of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) again. The tax collection authority has launched a probe into the income generated from his concerts abroad.
The FBR has requested the aid of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in order to assess Khan’s money trail. FBR has sought the travel history of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for the last six years. The letter also asked the FIA to provide details of all foreign trips of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan from July 1, 2014, to date.
Meanwhile, the super star’s team has claimed that no message from the FBR has reached Rahat Fateh Ali yet. “We haven’t received any notice from FBR as of yet. We are currently looking into the matter,” Khan’s manager Muhammad Amir, told to a private TV channel.
This is not the first time, the singer has come under the radar of FBR in regard to his taxes. Back in 2017, the bank accounts of the singer were seized in the case of tax evasion. At the time, the FBR had maintained that action was taken due to non-payment of income tax worth more than Rs3 million in 2015.
Earlier in 2011, the singer was summoned to the Lahore Regional Tax Office after returning from a foreign tour. At that time, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan had appealed for ignorance of Pakistani tax laws and procedures and promised to submit tax returns henceforth.
